Hello sunshine and welcome to this week's guided meditation.
Today we're going to open up your energetic field to more expansive possibilities in your now by asking the question,
What if?
These two words have the power to open up a whole new experience of reality for you,
One with more beauty,
Higher possibilities and even better outcomes than you could have ever imagined.
To begin,
Find somewhere quiet and comfortable to sit,
Somewhere you find it easy to relax,
Where you won't be distracted.
Just come to an easy sitting position,
Hands resting in your lap,
One on top of the other,
Thumbs slightly touching.
Run your legs with your palms facing up.
Close your eyes and begin to fully arrive here,
In your body,
Feeling the reality and the presence of your body here and now.
Staying with it,
Continuing to feel the presence and essence of your body here and now.
And breathe,
Long slow inhale,
Drawing the air in through your nose,
Feeling your belly expand.
Exhale with a sigh and releasing all tension as you allow yourself to relax and feel safe here in your now.
Feel your shoulders melting down your back,
The space between your eyebrows softening.
Just relax.
And continue to breathe in and out through your nose,
Long slow breaths,
Ever so brief pauses at the top of the inhale and the bottom of the exhale,
Making them as full and slow as possible,
Without creating any strain or tension in your body.
In and out,
Pause.
In and out,
Pause.
Letting yourself relax deeper and deeper with every breath,
Becoming more and more relaxed.
Before we begin with our questions,
I want you to awaken your spirit of wonder and curiosity.
What does curiosity feel like in your body?
What does wonder feel like?
What does it feel like to be completely open to new possibilities?
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
I'm going to ask you a series of questions and I want you to softly contemplate the possibility each one poses,
Staying open,
Soft,
And curious in the realms of wonder.
And instead of using your mind,
I want you to feel these questions.
Feel what it would be like in your body if they were fully true.
Rest your awareness there.
You're welcome to repeat after me in your own voice or simply listen to the words and let them wash over you,
Feeling the expanded possibilities they bring.
What if all is well?
What if everything worked out even better than I imagined?
What if only good things lie ahead of me?
What if there is no problem?
What if everything is working out for me and my highest good?
What if I experienced endless satisfaction throughout my life?
What would that be like?
What if everything just got better and better for me in a permanent way from this moment forward?
What if I am a highly blessed person?
What if the future is brighter than I can imagine?
What if there is nothing to be afraid of and I'm completely safe and I always will be,
No matter what?
What if this moment is the beginning of something really,
Truly wonderful?
What if things just got better and better?
What if I effortlessly unlocked a whole new level of thriving and happiness that never went away?
What would that be like?
Breathe,
Breathe,
Notice how you felt in your body and spirit as you opened up to wider possibilities,
Perhaps a little brighter,
More hopeful,
More spacious and excited about life.
All these statements are truly possible for you.
You are creating the future in your present moment,
With your energy,
Your attention,
Your focus and your emotions.
By opening up to wider and brighter possibilities,
You begin to activate and allow those more expansive and equally valid timelines into being.
So keep asking,
What if?
What if something really wonderful happened today?
And what if that wonderful thing was only the beginning of a series of wonderful things that went on forever?
What if?
You deserve it all and it's yours to focus into being if you choose to.
