
Relaxation And Healing

This meditation will help you move energy from your body that is causing your mental and physical dis-ease. It will start the reprogramming transformation to gently heal, soothe and detox your mind and your body. To rehabilitate, balance and restore your cells to their original healthy state. One that you can stay in for several minutes.
Sit in a supportive chair or lie down on a mat or bed,
Whatever feels most comfortable for you.
Settle into this healing gift of time with yourself,
Time reconnecting,
Time rejuvenating.
Give yourself a bit of time to find your quiet and to settle down.
Take a moment for your busy mind to quiet.
Adjust your body to help you relax more easily.
Get yourself settled,
Give yourself permission to be quiet.
Know that there is no right way to feel,
What you are feeling is just perfect.
If your thoughts wander while you are meditating,
Don't worry,
These things happen,
Don't be hard on yourself.
Simply bring yourself back to my voice or to your breathing and relax.
Any meditation in any state of mind will benefit you.
Simply by choosing to spend this time meditating and taking care of yourself,
You are healing yourself.
Just refocus quietly.
If you fall asleep,
Understand that you are still absorbing the benefits of this meditation.
Your higher self and your soul are engaged.
Slowly bring your focus to your breath,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Observe your breath.
Notice the rhythm of your breathing and don't try to change a thing.
I would like you to change your perspective,
To watch yourself and look down at yourself from the outside.
Become the observer and watch your body as you relax and breathe.
See the position of your legs and your feet.
See the position of your arms and your hands.
Look down at your face and your head.
Notice what you are wearing.
Be the onlooker,
The observer as your body slowly relaxes and slowly lets go.
Your body knows what to do.
Your body knows how to heal.
Your body loves this natural state of stillness and complete relaxation.
This is your natural state.
This is your natural state.
Now bring your focus back inside of you.
Focus on your breath and by doing this bring yourself to the now,
To this moment.
You have been the observer of your body.
Now notice your breath from the inside.
Notice the cooler air coming in and the warmer air going out.
Notice your chest slowly rising and falling.
Notice your pulse and the beating of your heart.
Notice the temperature of your skin.
Feel the strain and stress leaving your body from the inside out.
Relax and breathe.

Now place your focus on your scalp and feel it softening from your ears back,
From your hairline over the top of your head.
It's such a relief to let your whole head and scalp relax,
Let go.
Now place your focus on your jaw,
Loosen your jaw and relax it and let go.
Moving to your closed eyes,
Let your eyelids relax,
Feel them soften,
Let go.
Allow this relaxation to slip down your cheeks to your mouth and your chin,
Let go.
Your neck is supported and relaxed,
Both the front of your throat and the back of your Your shoulders are lowering and feeling good,
Softer and easier,
Let go.
Your chest is already feeling relaxed and as you focus on your breath,
Bring that relaxation to your upper back now,
Let go.
Your lower back can also let go of tension now,
There's nothing to do,
Nowhere to be,
You are here now.
Imagine the tension leaving your lower back and evaporating into the heart.
Let all the hardness go,
You are safe exactly where you are,
Let go.
Bring your attention to your hips,
Let them relax and let go of what they are holding on to,
Just let go.
Let the softness slide down the front and back of your thighs,
Your knees,
Your shoulders and calves,
All the way to the bottom of your feet,
Just let it all go.
Having taken this time to relax,
Soften and let go,
You have already benefited greatly.
Your body is healing,
Your mind is relaxed and you've strengthened your connection to your body.
Sometimes we hold negative energy in our body,
See it releasing and leaving your body.
Imagine dark shapes leaving and white light entering until your body is glowing.
There is a sporting belief and affirmation that helps remove negative energy from your body.
Quietly and to yourself along with me state,
I know who I am,
I am important and significant and I choose to feel valued.
And again,
I know who I am,
I am important and I choose to feel valued.
And lastly,
I know who I am,
I am important and significant and I do choose to feel valued.
And words are pockets of energy,
They hold energy and these words assist with removing the blocked energy that is stuck,
The blocked energy that is impeding your health.
And quietly and to yourself along with me state,
I know my life's plan,
I am happy and I am whole and I choose to be allowing.
And again,
I know my life's plan,
I am happy and whole and I choose to be allowing.
And again,
I know my life's plan,
I am happy and whole and I choose to be allowing.
To come back,
Take your time.
Feel your fingers and your toes.
Bring your attention back to your breathing,
Back to the rise and fall of your chest.
Allow sounds and feelings to come in.
And stretch gently and move a little.
You are actively moving the energy from your body that is causing your mental and physical disease.
You have started the reprogramming transformation to gently heal,
Soothe and detox your mind and your body.
To rehabilitate,
Balance and restore your cells to their original healthy state.
To allow your body to heal itself and to free your mind of mental anguish.
Continue with your day knowing that you chose to do this healing meditation for you.
