Good morning,

My name is Sarah and I welcome you to this morning boost to awaken your inner joy.

Let's start.

Find a comfortable place to rest,

Whether that's still lying in your bed or comfortably sitting up.

Gently close your eyes,

Allowing the outside world to fade into the background.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth,

Releasing any tiredness,

Anything you no longer need.

With each breath,

Feel yourself arriving fully in this moment.

A past is behind you and this day is yet to unfold.

Right now,

All that exists is this.

A moment of peace,

A space just for you.

Take a moment now to deepen your breath.

As you inhale,

Feel the air filling your body,

Gently waking you up,

Bringing energy and vitality with each breath.

Let each inhale expand your chest and belly,

Allowing your body to awaken fully to the possibilities of this new day.

And as you exhale,

Let go of any remnants of sleep or heaviness,

Releasing them into the past.

With each breath,

You feel more alive,

More present,

More connected to the joy that's already inside you.

Because you know happiness is not something outside of you,

It is a natural state.

Already within you,

Just waiting to be awakened.

So with each breath,

Allow yourself to sink deeper into this truth.

You are here to experience joy.

You are here to embrace all the moments of happiness that the day holds for you.

You are radiating joy,

And it flows effortlessly from within you.

So as you begin this new day,

I want you to remember you have the freedom to choose how you feel.

No matter what the day may bring,

You have the power to choose your response.

You are in control of your mindset,

And you can decide to approach each moment with an open heart,

With gratitude,

With joy.

The day ahead is full of beautiful opportunities to embrace joy in its simplest,

Purest forms.

The laughter of a loved one,

The warmth of the sun,

The first sip of your morning drink.

These are all little moments where you can choose to feel joy.

Your potential is limitless.

You have everything you need to make today beautiful.

You are calm,

Focused,

And ready to embrace whatever comes your way.

So gently,

In your mind,

Or maybe out loud,

I want you to repeat the following affirmations after me.

I am free to open myself up to this life and all that it has to offer.

Happiness flows to me and through me effortlessly.

I choose to see the beauty in every moment.

With each word,
