And take a few deliberate and gentle breaths and prepare yourself to experience this morning ritual to set the energy and intention for your day today.
And breathe in and breathe out.

It feels right.
A morning ritual is a profound and beautiful,
Positive way to start your day.
Starting each day with deliberate choices creates calm in life.
A morning ritual is a regular habit that provides rhythm and peace to every day.
This morning ritual is based on the profound teachings of the Tao.
This ritual puts you in sync with the Tao,
The heartbeat of nature.
The Tao is the essential rhythm of nature,
The fundamental pulse of our world.
And breathe in and breathe out.
That's good.
That feels right.
We are setting the energy and intention for your day today.
This morning you're going to experience earth energy,
Heaven energy,
And the Tai Chi,
Three parts of the Tao.
First,
Begin by imagining yourself sitting in a beautiful outdoor landscape.
And let's experience earth energy of the Tao.
And state quietly and to yourself along with me your intention for earth energy.
My intention is to live as a nourishing and nourished person who keeps a sense of self in relationships.
And breathe in and breathe out.
And place your focus and attention on the top of your head.
That's good.
That feels right.
And quietly and to yourself along with me state this affirmation.
I know who I am.
I am important and significant.
And I choose to feel valued.
And breathe in and breathe out.
And quietly and to yourself state.
I reprogram myself towards the light expanding energy of earth.
And I breathe in worthiness.
And I breathe out unworthiness.
I breathe in nourishment.
And I breathe out sacrifice.
Continue with some lovely soft breathing and say a quiet thank you for who you are exactly as you are.
You are enough.
And now imagine yourself looking up to the heavens on a clear starry night.
And let's experience heaven energy of the down.
And state quietly and to yourself along with me your intention for heaven energy.
My intention is to live as a supported and expanding person who feels mighty and unrestricted.
And breathe in and breathe out.
Place your focus and attention on a point six inches or 15 centimeters above your head.
That's good.
That feels right.
And quietly and to yourself along with me state this affirmation.
I am supported and expanding.
And I choose to feel supported.
And breathe in and breathe out.
Quietly into yourself state.
I reprogram myself towards the light expanding energy of heaven.
And I breathe in support.
And I breathe out rejection.
And I breathe in unrestricted creation.
And I breathe out self pity.

And finally this morning imagine some perfectly balanced rocks calm and still just like you.
And let's experience Tai Chi energy of the Tao.
And state quietly into yourself along with me your intention for Tai Chi energy.
My intention is to live in the light expanding energy of the Tai Chi.
To live a life that is balanced,
Flowing,
Peaceful and tranquil.
And breathe in and breathe out and place your focus and attention on your navel,
The midpoint,
The balance point of your body.
That's good.
That feels right.
And quietly into yourself along with me state this affirmation.
I know my life's plan.
I am happy and whole.
And I choose to be allowing.
And breathe in and breathe out.
And quietly into yourself state I reprogram myself towards the light expanding energy of the Tai Chi.
And I breathe in allowing and I breathe out resistance.
I breathe in flow and I breathe out struggle.
Continue with your lovely soft breathing and say a quiet thank you for who you are exactly as you are.
You are enough.
And these morning ritual intentions and affirmations set the energy for your life as with conscious and deliberate choice you begin each day in this positive way.
It takes 21 days to change a habit.
So repeat the morning ritual until you find your way to peace and calm and just feel happier.
