Success.

This is a guided lesson for finding success.

A lesson to be absorbed and felt.

Success is found in this guided lesson through experiencing a meditative state and the tools to create expanding habits.

Let's begin.

Sit quietly and close your eyes gently.

Raise your eyebrows and then lower them to relax your scalp.

Raise and then lower your shoulders and take a few lovely relaxing breaths.

One and two and three.

And let's begin your guided lesson on success.

Success is about achieving your own unique and personal goals.

Success is about feeling excited about life.

Living a life that you can be proud of and having something to look forward to in life.

Words that define success include accomplishment,

Happiness,

Achievement.

The antonym for success is disappointment.

And does your disappointment come from limiting yourself and your life?

Telling yourself that there are only a few options available?

Saying that you can't?

And what might life be like if you stopped beating yourself up?

If you stopped criticizing yourself?

Would you choose to spend your time with a friend who is always disappointed by life?

Who constantly reminds you that you are not good enough or that something bad is going to happen?

When you think about this negativity,

When you engage in negative self-talk,

It doesn't matter what actually happens or not,

You are already living the consequences.

Because you're living it anyway with your thoughts and your words.

It's time to set yourself free.

It's time to relax,

To get comfortable with yourself.

Accept yourself as you are.

Accept life as it is and let joy find you.

There is a perfect natural order to life,

A balance and a flow.

There is a process by which the universe expresses itself and the only constant in life is change.

And change is about accepting movement in life with ease,

Allowing for transformation,

Accepting your path.

And life has seasons.

Spring,

Summer,

Autumn and winter.

And life has cycles.

Day and night.

Full moon,

New moon.

There is a natural unfolding process and this is something to embrace,

Not to fear.

Creating success in life starts with understanding that life is all about rhythm,

About believing and trusting that there is a constant opening and closing of energy for all of us.

You need the light and the dark,

The up and the down,

The yin and the yang.

Because you have a deep knowing that you are more than your physical body and that the purpose of your life on earth is the evolution of your soul.

As you flow through the cycles of your life,

What would happen if you accepted that the best is yet to come?

What would it be like if you opened yourself to the possibilities of what lies ahead?

Success is the antidote to loneliness and depression.

There are happy chemicals within your body and one of these is serotonin,

A happy chemical that flows when you feel successful.

Serotonin maintains your mood balance and when you experience success and joy,

You release this happy chemical.

And you are programming for success in this meditative state,

Building success through a different understanding of what defines success,

Also through habit,

Through using specific tools.

The first tool for creating success is gratitude,

A deep,

Deep thankfulness for your life and for who you are born to be.

The second tool for creating success is to have something to look forward to,

To create intentions.

Imagine what you want in the future.

Imagination is a concrete step towards success.

And let's take a moment to bring your attention back to your breath.

Take a few lovely deep breaths,

One and two and three.

And rub your hands together and rub the back of your neck to bring yourself back to reality.

It's always a good idea to journal your insights after a guided lesson and take a few moments to do this now.

This whole covid thing has been difficult on everyone... performers I feel especially have been affected as there are no live music venues for a year now..
