This peaceful guided visualisation and awareness practice can be used anytime that you would like to cleanse your body and mind of energy that is not serving you. This practice can be particularly useful if you are not feeling well, if you have had contact with negative people, if you have spent time in crowds of people, or simply wish to feel more expanded and grounded in your body. Allow yourself to feel more calm and balanced. Note: This is version 2, voice only, of the 'Removing Negative Energy' guided meditation. Version 1 with background music is also available.

Hello,

My name is Dr.

Deborah Ford.

Thank you for joining me in this meditation,

Removing Negative Energy.

This meditation is for you if you're not feeling well,

If you've had contact with negative people,

If you've been in crowds of people,

Or are simply not feeling good or expanded and are experiencing negative emotions.

Make sure you're comfortable.

Close your eyes gently and feel your scalp and forehead soften.

Let's take a few deliberate and gentle breaths.

And breathe in and breathe out.

That's good.

That feels right.

Focus on your breathing.

Focus your thoughts on your breathing.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest.

And breathe in and breathe out.

Feel the air into your nose,

Fill your chest,

And then leave your body.

Gently breathe in and gently breathe out.

Think only about your breathing and start to feel yourself relaxed.

And breathe in power and breathe out negative energy and problems.

To breathe in power,

Imagine sunlight entering and filling your body.

And to breathe out negative energy,

Imagine dark shapes leaving your body.

Allow yourself to relax.

Give yourself permission to relax and breathe at your own comfortable pace.

Just let your breath come in and then leave your body quietly,

Slowly,

And gently.

And breathe in and breathe out.

And breathe in and breathe out.

That's good.

That feels right.

I'd like you to imagine a disc of golden light rotating above your head.

Imagine a cone of golden light coming out of the disc and shining down on you.

You're standing in a cone of golden bright light covering the outside of your body.

Slowly the disc rotates and enters your head,

Filling your mind with bright golden light that is pure,

That is powerful,

And healing.

Filling all your thoughts with bright golden healing light.

Let the light fill your mind.

Imagine the disc slowly rotating down through your eyes,

Your nose,

Your ears,

And your mouth,

Filling everything with light,

Golden healing light.

It slowly rotates down your neck,

Through your shoulders,

Down your arms,

And into your hands and fingers,

Filling all with bright healing light.

It rotates down into your chest.

Your lungs are filled with light that is healing and bright.

Your heart is filled and surrounded with light that is healing and powerful.

The disc slowly rotates into your abdomen,

Filling all your organs with its bright healing golden light.

And as the light continues to fill your body,

Allow it to linger in any areas that seem blocked or are dark,

Parts that ache or are sore.

And slowly it moves over your hips,

Down your thighs,

Past your knees,

Your calves,

And through your ankles and feet,

And into the ground.

The light begins to make its way back up slowly through your feet and your ankles,

Back up your legs,

Back up into your abdomen,

And into your chest,

Through your fingers and hands,

Your arms and your shoulders,

Filling everything once again with bright golden healing light that is powerful and cleansing.

The light rotates up your neck,

Then up your face,

Into your head,

All the way until it is back up rotating above your head and your body.

Imagine the cone of light is now shining over your body,

Covering the entire outside of your body.

And you are now filled with and covered by golden bright healing and powerful light.

And stand quietly in this cone of light,

Feeling the healing and clearing energy.

Take a deep breath,

Take a soft breathing,

And say a quiet thank you for who you are,

Exactly as you are,

You are enough.

It's time to slowly bring your attention back to your breath.

And breathe in and breathe out at a comfortable and relaxed pace.

And rub your hands together and rub the back of your neck.

And open your eyes when you're ready and just sit quietly for a moment.

And know that you are filled with positive energy and cleansed from top to toe.

Excellent dr.debra .. You are really best.. Kindly add background music and why in middle of meditation your voice suddenly off means you are taking break so I need to check two times whether apps got stuck or what...if you are taking light break in speech then please inform in speech like for another few moments no speech and Bell like sound etc... But genuinely speaking I wanted to give 10 star but here five maximum...
