Each day includes seated meditation, walking meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement, held in a calm and supportive environment. The retreat is structured, beginner-friendly, and also deep for experienced meditators who want to refresh their practice. The atmosphere is quiet and respectful. You will have guidance, daily talks, and plenty of space to integrate. We welcome participants with physical limitations—chairs are available, and meditating in a lying position can be arranged when needed. At the Eqylife Center, we take immense pride in our vegetarian kitchen, a place where food becomes a culinary art, and healthy eating lies at the heart of all we do. Here, food is not only about satiating hunger but also nourishing the body and mind. We understand the profound link between food and overall well-being, and our menu reflects this understanding. We serve a variety of vegetarian dishes that are as delicious as they are nutritious, incorporating an array of fresh, organic ingredients. Our food philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that what we eat impacts our health, mood, and mental clarity. That's why our kitchen team carefully curates our menu to ensure every meal is balanced, wholesome, and full of natural flavors. From fresh, vibrant salads and hearty grain bowls to aromatic curries and comforting soups, our menu is diverse and innovative. We emphasize seasonal and locally sourced organic produce, supporting local farmers and contributing to sustainability. We believe that organic food is not only better for our health but also for our planet. In our endeavor to promote mindful eating, we also pay careful attention to the presentation of our food. We believe that the act of eating should engage all the senses, turning every meal into an experience. At Eqylife Center, we invite you to join us on this culinary journey, to experience the joys of vegetarian cuisine that not only delights the palate but also nourishes the soul.

Schedule

A typical day in the retreat The rhythm of the day is simple, calm and very human. It usually looks something like this: 05:00 Wake up and morning silence The day begins in silence. People wash, stretch a bit, maybe drink some tea, and allow the mind to arrive in the new day gently. 05:00 Morning Eqydo practice We start with a guided session: • breath awareness, • feeling the body from inside, • simple attention exercises that “warm up” the mind. This is where I explain or refresh the basic principles, so everyone — beginner or advanced — tunes into the same field. 06:30 Breakfast in silence We eat slowly, in silence, noticing taste, texture, and the sensations in the body. Meals are simple, nourishing, and designed to support practice. 08:00 Seated & walking practice We alternate: • sitting Eqydo meditation (attention on breath, body sensations, emotional climate), • walking meditation (inside or in nature, depending on weather). The instructions are clear and practical. You are always invited to adapt the posture so that the body stays safe and relaxed. 11:00 Lunch in silence Again, a quiet meal, time to nourish the body and notice how food influences your inner state. 12:00 Rest, integration, 1:1 guidance 13:00 Afternoon practice block We return to: • guided or semi-guided sitting, • walking meditation, • sometimes a simple sensory exercise (touch, hearing, breath) to train attention in a very concrete way. The afternoon often becomes the “deepening” part of the day. 17:00 Light evening meal / tea Depending on the retreat format, we keep the evening meal lighter, to support clarity of mind and good sleep. 19:30 – Evening talk & closing meditation In the evening: • I offer a short talk about the mind, emotions, habits, or one Eqydo principle, • and we close the day with a final breathing exercises 21:30 – Quiet time and sleep The night is for rest. The silence continues, so the nervous system can reset deeply. The exact hours may shift a bit from retreat to retreat, yet the essence remains the same: a clear structure, plenty of silence, enough rest, and a rhythm that the body can trust.

Luxurious experience I wanted to get some silence. Stay silent, stay still. I chose this Eqydo retreat as I wanted to meditate and challenge myself while remaining silent. It was also important for a retreat to be located in beautiful nature and be isolated. Eqydo grabbed my attention and I booked the trip. Later I read the reviews and got only more excited about what I would experience soon. Mirel is a great guide. Very resourceful, disciplined, and caring. The energy at the retreat is warm and loving, which Mirel and his beautiful beautiful wife Lily have built. The place is spotless. The experience was a blast! I have learned how to breathe, and how actually to meditate. Learned how hard it is to stay still and how easy it becomes when you work. Learned about fundamental perspectives. Connected with an incredible group of people who shared this journey with me. I got inspired by iconic Romanian nature and was amazed at how delicious Romanian cherry tomatoes can taste. Getting away from the screens, conversations and ideas. Being there only with your heart and your brain. This is luxury.

Feel. I can just say that I am beyond happy to have done this and maybe will do it again in the future. Mirel is an amazing teacher and has a lot of wisdom to share. The place is lovely, all surrounded by nature and it helps a lot in disconnecting. By the end of it you will see some things changing in you. I think everybody should do this at least once in is life. First days might seem tough, but it’s normal and hold on, because you will be so grateful for doing this afterward. Thank you again Mirel for everything. FEEL

Mind-changing stay, hope to come back very soon. I have been overloadeed with work related stress, so I needed a little silence, peace within. I chose this retreat as it was close to my country, the value of the retreat. Also, I was not looking for a luxury retreat, but simple conditions where luxury and the material world could be left behind. I learned new meditation techniques and finally, I experienced the real meaning of meditation. It was hard, sitting in meditation and in stillness for hours, but it was so worth it. My senses got more intense. I managed to close out the outside world for a week. The hosts were incredible with us. I liked the discipline they made us keep, only so can one get the most benefits of the program. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs to get away from hectic lifestyle, who needs to look within, who needs to calm down their mind, who needs the freedom of simply being.

This Retreat Changed My Life I was looking for either of the two: re-finding my inner child and deepening my meditation experience towards new horizons. I was meditating daily before coming, but not extensively enough. I chose this retreat initially because of a good price/rating ratio. The location and the airport transfer made this also convenient. But I certainly did not expect the overwhelming outcome. This retreat changed my life. I reached both goals I had before coming and learned and gained so much more. I connected with myself in ways I did not imagine before. I learned to meditate for a long time at once, learned to enjoy it, and felt the tectonic shift this produced in how I live and how I will approach life going forward. If you are contemplating coming, don't - you MUST come! Mirel's ways of communicating are not always the smoothest. Sometimes he might come across a bit strict or harsh. But he certainly means well and approaches all living beings with loving kindness. His strictness and discipline are certainly the "tough love" we all need sometimes. Mirel is great!
