In this lesson, we use neuro-vascular techniques to gently ease out tension from the head, neck, and jaw area. You can use these positions for as long as you like, as often as you like. You can also be lying down while using them, if you prefer.

In this lesson, we use distal points for tension release in the head, neck, and jaw. Distal points are zones on a meridian that are not located in the area of symptoms but are linked to the root of the treatment and thus are very important to use. It is important when compiling your own protocol to include at least one distal point.
