Allow your eyelids to gently close and feel your body begin to relax.
Staying from the top of your head all the way down,
Down your spine,
Along your fingertips,
Down your legs,
Into your toes,
Completely,
Completely relaxed.
Then internally say to yourself,
I'm relaxed,
Relaxed,
Relaxed,
I am relaxed.
And slowly start to expand your breath,
Feeling your belly move outwards on the in-breath.
And then gently relax as you let the breath go.
Take another deep breath in,
Expanding and then letting that go.
And once more,
Deep inhalation and then a complete exhalation,
Letting everything go,
Leaving all your cares or worries far,
Far away as you just focus on completely relaxing,
Neatly being present with your body right now.
Imagine yourself sitting on top of a tall,
Large mountain.
And you are sitting directly on the mountain,
So you feel the earth beneath you.
And as you continue to feel this mountain and feel its strength and its power,
You slowly start to feel yourself ground and connect into the earth beneath you more and more.
Feel yourself sitting heavier and deeper into the earth.
Feel sitting bones firmly rested beneath you onto the mountain top.
And as your body is completely connected with the mountain,
Put your attention now on your breath.
And as your breath continues to relax you and expand within you,
Extend your gaze outwards and notice all the mountains around you.
As far as your eyes can see,
The mountain range is rolling further and further and further away in front of you,
Behind you,
On either side of you.
And extend your gaze far and wide.
Now deepen your breath even more,
Expanding as you breathe in and letting it go completely as you breathe out.
Breathing in and letting go,
Expanding even more now as you breathe in and let that go.
And now as you breathe in,
Imagine that you are breathing in the air from the furthest mountain range that you can see and breathe that air into the center of your chest,
Filling up your entire body with all the fresh air from these mountain tops around you.
And breathe in again this fresh nourishing air from these mountain ranges far,
Far away,
Expanding inside of you,
Reaching every single cell and molecule in your being.
Breathing in and letting that go and continue to breathe deeper and deeper,
Nourishing your body more and more as you receive this nurturing air,
This nourishing air,
This peaceful air as you receive it in all the places and spaces within you.
And as you continue to breathe in this air from the furthest mountain ranges from all around you,
Put your attention now on the exhalation.
And as you exhale,
Send your nourishing,
Nurturing breath out of your body,
Around your body,
Breathing in the breath of life and then sending it out around you.
Now,
Put your attention on sending your breath out to the furthest mountain ranges that you've been receiving the breath from.
So as you breathe in the nourishing,
Nurturing air from these furthest most mountain ranges,
You then send back your own nourishing,
Nurturing air to these same places.
So now there is this flow of giving and receiving,
Of receiving and giving.
And perhaps you would like to add a visualisation for the flow of your breath.
Perhaps you can see your breath move in a shape or with colour or with light to reach the furthest most mountain range.
And then you can see it come back to you in the same or a different shape,
Colour or light.
And to be with this ebb and flow of giving and receiving with nature all around you as you breathe in and out,
As you receive and give.
And as you are in perfect harmony with your body,
With your environment and with your life.
