Breathe in,

Let it go,
Let the breath go.
And as you continue to breathe in and out,
Notice how your breath is moving,
Where it is moving to.
And as you notice,
Let the noticing go and return back just to the breath.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
And let it go.
Feel yourself rooted to the earth beneath you,
Connected with the heavens above.
And let the breath flow between and within this connection.
Now move your breath to expand it,
Lengthen it,
And deepen it.
And feel your body respond as your organs are moving out further.
And there is a slight movement that you notice in your chest as you inhale and exhale.
Without expectations,
Without judgments,
Just breathing.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
And let it go.
Feel the calmness enter your being on all levels.
And as you breathe in,
Exhale with the calmness,
Sending the calmness and the exhalation throughout your entire being.
Breathing in and letting that calmness travel wherever it needs to go.
And as you consider calmness and peacefulness,
Notice what images enter your mind.
And just let these images swirl around and around and around.
And as you breathe in,
Breathe out these images throughout your body,
Throughout your entire being,
Sending calm and peacefulness everywhere it needs to go.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in and let it go.
Whatever thoughts may enter and wander through your mind at this point,
Let them go.
And just return your attention back to the peacefulness and calmness that you have created within yourself right now.
And you can deepen that peaceful,
Calming experience if you choose to.
You can take it to the points in your body,
The places that are needing the relaxation,
Needing that calm and peacefulness.
As you breathe in,
Exhale and send that calm and peace to those areas that you located,
That need it.
Again breathe in and send on the out breath the calm and peacefulness to wherever it is needed.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
Sending the calm and peace throughout your being,
Continuing to notice those calm,
Peaceful images within your mind's eye,
You can internally say or quietly repeat under your breath,
I am calm.
Calm.
Calm.
I feel calm.
Calm.
Calm.
I am at peace.
At peace.
At peace.
I feel peaceful.
Peaceful.
Peaceful.
I am calm and at peace.
Peaceful and calm.
I feel peaceful.
I feel calm.
Calm.
Calm.
And now for these last few minutes you can take your one hand and place it lightly on your forehead.
Take your other hand and place it somewhere on your body where you are feeling tension,
Discomfort,
Stress,
Tightness.
And if you are not feeling this anywhere you can place the other hand on your heart.
And just continue to breathe calmly and peacefully,
Allowing your breath to settle to its own natural rhythm.
