I Open The Door To Trusting Life Completely
by Helen Hansen
Trust is often spoken about as a mindset, yet most of us experience it first—or struggle with it—in the body. We may want to trust life but still feel braced, alert or quietly guarded. This subtle holding is not a failure of belief; it is a learned response. Over time, the body becomes accustomed to preparing for what might go wrong rather than resting in what is present. This audio invites a different approach. Rather than convincing the mind, it gently guides you into the felt sense of trust—how it moves, settles and stabilises within you. Beginning with a Zen story, the practice unfolds slowly, allowing trust to arise naturally. Like many Zen teachings, it points to something simple yet often overlooked: the door is not locked. What we experience as hesitation is usually a pause before remembering our own support. You are now invitated to soften any inner guarding. To experience trust as quiet strength.
