Welcome,

We are going to relax the nervous system over the next few minutes.

So I invite you to start by finding a comfortable position,

Either to sit or lie down in and preferably to have the spine straight or as straight as possible.

Now take a gentle in-breath and focus on the exhalation.

You can make the exhalation long,

You can make it loud,

But really focus on releasing all of the air from deep down in your belly.

Take one hand and place it just above your navel and the other hand on top.

Take a gentle in-breath and on the start of the exhalation gently push your hands down and as you continue to exhale,

Continue to push and move your hands around your navel.

And when you have moved in a full circle,

Then you can release,

Release the hands and release the breath.

Just allow your breath to flow in a rhythm that's comfortable for you.

Slightly drop the jaw and feel all of your teeth relaxing into a perfect position.

Allow the gums to relax,

Let your nose relax,

Feel your eyes sink down,

Becoming heavy.

Now focus on your forehead and just let the forehead hang down.

Feel it relaxing downwards as though gravity is asking it to come and move further down.

Let it just relax completely all the way down as though it's trying to reach your nose,

Maybe even your chin.

And move your attention to your temples and feel your temples now relaxing down,

Down the jaw.

Feel your temples relaxing inwards and sigh down even further as you feel the relaxation move into your jaw,

Allowing the mouth to be open a little bit more and feeling the chin relaxing down.

Let that relaxation now flow down the neck,

The throat.

And take your time as you move in full circumference around your neck,

Allowing all the different muscles and tendons,

Veins and glands to completely exhale,

Completely let go.

Just allow whatever attention there might be to be breathed out,

To relax down.

Replace the tension that was there with a lightness,

With a calmness,

With an easiness.

Take your attention now to the crown of your head and feel this beautiful relaxation that you've been creating in your face and your neck.

Feel it now right at the top of your head,

Gently starting to flow down all the sides,

The back of the skull,

Sides of the skull,

The front of the forehead.

Let it wash through each and every single nerve in your head,

Refreshing every single nerve point.

And then return your attention back to the crown.

Feel the top of your crown expanding out,

Relaxing out.

Feel your entire skull all the way around,

Front,

Back and sides,

Expanding,

Expanding,

Expanding.

And let that feeling of expansion move down the front of the face,

The front of the neck,

The back of the neck.

And now slowly move that expansion down your spine.

Let your spine relax as you breathe into each and every single vertebra,

Moving your attention slowly,

Very slowly down the spine,

One vertebra at a time.

And as you do so,

Allow that expansion to release the tension,

To relax each and every single nerve point running down the spine,

Keeping the jaw relaxed as you continue to focus on your vertebra,

On your spinal column,

Keeping the temples relaxed as all the nerve points along the spine fill themselves out into a feeling of complete calm.

Keep your eyes heavy as you continue to relax your spine down,

Keeping the shoulders relaxed.

And when you reach the base of the spine,

Just hold your attention there.

And imagine this to be a very calm,

Gentle pool of water.

And this pool of water is not ordinary water.

It is water that is specially designed for your DNA.

It carries and holds perfect information for each and every single cell in your body.

It holds the optimal frequency for each and every single nerve,

Each and every single molecule,

Each and every single particle and all the spaces in between.

As you slowly start to inhale,

You can feel,

You can see,

You can sense,

You can hear the soothing yet powerful frequency in this pool of water start to rise up,

Entering the base of the spine and slowly moving up through every vertebra,

Filling your entire spinal column with perfect alignment.

As you take your next inhalation,

Continue to feel this flow in an upward motion up your spine,

Nourishing you while calming you,

Calming you,

Supporting you,

Filling you,

Giving you optimal life force throughout your entire being.

This information flows throughout your being,

Stemming from your spinal column.

Feel it continue to travel up into the base of the neck,

Up into the skull.

And feel this gently weave through your brain,

Relaxing your brain,

Relaxing all your thoughts until eventually it reaches the top of your head.

And let the last drop that you have pulled up rest here now in the crown.

Just feel your crown absorbing this beautiful frequency that is you,

Calmness that is you.

And as you keep your attention on your crown,

Hold your attention to at the base of the spine and just feel this gentle movement,

This gentle flow between the sacrum and your crown,

Crown and the base of your spine.

You might notice a slight rocking motion.

You might feel the energy flowing between these two points.

However you notice it,

Place an intention to hold this feeling,

This experience and this new state of being.

Hold this as you now move throughout the rest of your day or your night in a space of calm,

Peace and wellness.
