Master Meridian Therapy - Unblock Stuck Energy With Meridian Therapy

With Helen Hansen

Meridian therapy flows from Traditional Chinese Medicine. In this course, you learn about the currents of information that weave throughout the physical body connecting muscles, organs, emotions, and brain hemispheres with each other. Understand yin-yang philosophy and the 5 element theory. Learn to 'feel' your meridian pathways through your inner eye and thereby develop your personal intuitive self-help skills. Who is this course for? 1. Anyone who has an interest in the holistic health and wellbeing of themselves and/or of others. 2. Those in healthcare – to add depth to understanding the holistic body. 3. Yoga facilitators – a heightened awareness and deeper understanding of meridian currents allows for an interconnected view of the individual body parts. 4. Parents or child carers – having knowledge to understand the holistic person means you can understand symptoms and underlying causes appropriately. Benefits of doing this course: * Meridian therapy provides you with a landscape view of the whole body and a deeper comprehension of how the individual parts of our first home work together. * Know how to nourish ailments on different levels. * Through a guided visualisation you will learn to intuitively access the yin meridian pathways in your body. Course Outline: 11 modules >> 3 x theory and 8 x guided visualisations through the following meridians: Central & Governing (of the central nervous system) Kidney (partner to, ie also benefitting Bladder) Liver (partner to, ie also benefitting Gall Bladder) Heart (partner to, ie also benefitting Small Intestine) Circulatory and Reproductive (partner to, ie also benefitting Triple Warmer) Spleen (partner to, ie also benefitting Stomach) Lung (partner to, ie also benefitting Large Intestine)

Meet your Teacher

Helen Hansen is a Kinesiologist involved in holistic mind-body wellness for more than 20 years. During her time in practice of treating more than 5000 people, Helen noted that the most common modality that presented itself for healing and thriving was meridian therapy. This led her to teach the individual in the kinesiology session to self-treat using meridian therapy. She then presented workshops, throughout South Africa, and presented online classes all focused on teaching self-help techniques with meridian therapy at the basis of all the holistic health presentations.
