This 5-minute guided vocal meditation includes humming and vocal toning. Perfect for mornings or anytime you need to calm your mind, release stress, and refocus. Humming and sounding your voice is a fast and effective way to calm down your nervous system and a great tool for self-soothing that can be used anywhere anytime. With our voice, we are toning our vagus nerve, our nervous system, and our emotional and energetic bodies. I hope you enjoy this practice!

Welcome to this five minute vocal toning meditation.

Take a moment to tune into your body,

Just noticing any sensations you have in your overall vibe.

Take a cleansing breath and then we'll inhale and start to hum.

Taking a breath whenever you need to and just relax into the tone.

Just feeling the vibrations in your belly and your chest and your mouth.

Just rubbing your chin,

Toning Ah.

Opening space.

Ah.

Releasing.

Ah.

Staying relaxed in your body.

Now sounding Oh.

Ah.

Ah.

Listen and sound and feel Oh.

Ah.

Next humming bowl.

Oh.

Madam.

If this note doesn't feel good for you right now,

Just slide your voice around until you find one that does feel good.

Now sounding ah,
