Welcome to this five minute vocal toning meditation.
Take a moment to tune into your body,
Just noticing any sensations you have in your overall vibe.
Take a cleansing breath and then we'll inhale and start to hum.
Taking a breath whenever you need to and just relax into the tone.
Just feeling the vibrations in your belly and your chest and your mouth.
Just rubbing your chin,
Toning Ah.
Opening space.
Ah.
Releasing.
Ah.
Staying relaxed in your body.
Now sounding Oh.
Ah.
Ah.
Listen and sound and feel Oh.
Ah.
Next humming bowl.
