Take a few deep breaths to tune into your body,
Tuning into sensations,
Emotions.
And on the next exhale,
We'll hum.
Doing your best to match the tone and taking a breath whenever you need to.
Just enjoying the feeling of your voice in your body in this moment.
Next we'll drop our chin sounding ah.
We can use ah to release emotions.
Welcome all the waivers,
All the cracks in your voice.
Just let it all out in the ah.
Opening our voice,
Opening space.
Just let it out.
Next sounding a.
Noticing how it makes you smile to make this syllable.
How that makes you feel.
Noticing your mouth,
Your lips,
Your throat.
And the air flowing from your chest to your mouth.
Feeling into a one last time.
Next we'll sound e.
Feeling it in your head.

It's energizing.
We can use e to wake our body.
Generate energy.
Sort of like a buzzing bee.
Now sounding a to e in a flow.
Try to make it smooth.
Sliding from one to another again.
Next we'll start call and response.
I'll sing a phrase two times.
