I invite you to find a space where you can be comfortable and either sit or lie down.

Take a long deep breath in and exhale all the way out.

Gently close your eyes.

Repeat these affirmations either to yourself or out loud and let them sink in and resonate.

I love myself.

I respect myself.

I accept myself for everything that I am.

I have a lot to offer.

I am worthy of love.

I am beautiful.

I matter.

I am successful.

I believe in myself.

I think positive thoughts about myself.

I have the power and confidence to make changes.

Happiness comes from within.

I respect myself by eating healthy foods.

I find it easy to exercise.

I love and respect my body.

I get the amount of sleep that my body and mind need to function well.

My life is balanced.

I deserve happiness.

I am loved.

I attract love and light.

I am at peace.

I am enough.

And so it is.
