Hello,
Sweet soul.
Welcome to your daily meditation.
I'm Julian Arce,
And I'll be your guide during this time.
This is your time,
Your sacred space to pause,
To soften,
To come back home to yourself.
To step out of the noise of the day,
The roles you carry,
The expectations you hold,
And to simply be.
Allow yourself to settle into a comfortable position,
Either lying down or seated,
Whatever allows you to feel most supported.
Once you're there,
Gently close your eyes.
Let your hands rest naturally,
Palms open,
Heart soft,
Body at ease.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
And a long,
Steady breath out through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale fully,
Inviting in clarity,
Spaciousness,
And peace.
And exhale slowly,
Releasing tension,
Effort,
Or anything you're ready to let go of.
One more time,
Breathe in deeply,
And exhale completely.
Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
You don't need to do anything right now.
You don't need to change anything.
Just allow yourself to arrive,
To land fully in your body,
And in this moment.
I'll guide you through a practice of presence,
A journey inward through your body,
Your breath,

We'll begin with a 61-point body scan to invite in deep relaxation and awareness to every part of you.
And from that stillness,
We'll travel to the future you,
The you that is full of love,
Compassion,
And the truth of who you are.

Bring your awareness to your toes.
Notice any sensations,
Warmth,
Coolness,
And tingly,
Or simply presence.
Shift your focus to the soles of your feet,
Feeling the connection to the earth.
Move your attention to your heels,
Grounding and steady.
Observe your ankles,
Sensing their stability and fluidity.
Bring your awareness to your lower legs,
Feeling the muscles,
The skin,
The energy flowing within.
Notice your knees,
The hinge between movement and stillness.
Bring your focus to your thighs,
Strong and supportive.
Shift your awareness to your hips,
The sacred seat of emotion and stability.
Bring your attention to your lower abdomen.
Now your upper abdomen.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath.
Feel your diaphragm expand and contract,
A gentle rise and fall.
Shift your awareness to your lower back,
Softening,
Releasing.
Bring your awareness to your mid-back,
The space where the breath meets the spine.
Move to your upper back and shoulders,
Unraveling any tightness.
Notice your chest,
The space of your heart,
Opening with ease.
Bring your awareness to your heart center,
Feeling the quiet pulse of life within you.
Observe your collarbones,
The lightness and the space that they hold.
Move awareness into your upper arms.
Focus on your elbows,
The subtle joints of movement.
Shift your awareness to your forearms,
Flowing like rivers.
Feel your wrists,
Their delicate yet resilient structure.
Bring awareness to your palms,
What energy do they hold?
Move to your fingers,
Each one alive with sensation.
Focus on your neck and throat,
The channel of breath and expression.
Bring awareness to your jaw,
Soften,
Release.
Notice your cheeks,
Tension dissolving.
Shift to your lips,
Relaxed and effortless.
Observe the bridge of your nose,
The gateway to breath.
Move to your eyes,
The muscles around them,
Releasing any strain.
Bring your focus to your eyebrows and the spaces between them.
Invite in ease.
Notice your forehead,
Any tension melting away.
Bring awareness to your temples.
Shift to your ears,
Listening,
Receiving.
Feel your scalp,
The sensation of hair resting on your skin.
Move to the crown of the head,
The meeting point of earth and sky.
Now the space just above your head,
Vast and infinite.
Sense the air around your entire body,
Holding you.
Feel the support beneath you,
Fully supported.
Notice the touch of clothing against your skin.
Become aware of the temperature around you.
Tune in to the subtle sounds in the space without attaching to them.
Simply notice.
Bring your attention to the natural rhythm of your breath.
Feel your chest and your belly rise and fall.
Notice the sensation of air entering your nostrils.
Follow your breath as it moves down your throat.
Sense the fullness of your lungs as they expand.
Feel the gentle release as you exhale.
Tune in to your heart beating,
Steady and strong.
Notice any emotions or thoughts that arise.
Simply allow them to be.
Invite a sense of deep relaxation into your body.
Notice the presence of love,
Gratitude and peace within you.
Observe the harmony and unity of your entire being.
Stay here for a moment.
Notice the calm that now lives inside of you.
You've scanned your body and felt your breath and attuned to the subtle energies moving through you.
And now we'll go into a deeper journey.
And now we'll journey into the heart.
To the center of compassion,
Softness and truth.
This next part of your meditation is an invitation to remember.
That beneath the noise,
The tension,
The roles that you carry,
You are loved.
Begin by taking a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Let it be a quiet surrender.
The body is still.
You are now in liminal space.
The space between doing and becoming.
Between seeking and knowing.
And as your body rests,
Bring to mind something that you've been turning over lately.
A question.
A crossroads.
A whisper of doubt or a desire for direction.
Don't solve it yet.
Just hold it gently.
Hold it gently in your awareness.
Like cupping a small seed in your palms.
Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a forest trail.
It's late afternoon.
The light is golden.
The air is gentle and clean.
You're barefoot.
And the ground is soft beneath you.
Every part of this place feels safe.
Ancient.
And familiar.
You begin to walk.
With each step,
The noise of the world falls away.
No clocks.
No screens.
No outside voices.
Only the steady rhythm of your own breath.
The pulse of your heart.
The quiet invitation of this path.
With every step you're walking away from confusion.
And walking towards clarity.
Eventually the forest opens.
And ahead you see a small clearing.
Bathed in light.
And in the center,
Someone is waiting.
They are sitting calmly.
Peacefully.
As if they've always known you were coming.
And you realize,
This is you.
But not the you of today.
This is your future self.
The one who has already lived through this moment that you're in.
The one who has made the choice.
Taken the leap.
Navigated the unknown.
And emerged with the wisdom and strength.
They don't look perfect.
They look real.
Whole.
Integrated and grounded.
At peace with themselves and their path.
Observe them.
What are they wearing?
Do they greet you with a smile?
A nod?
A silent knowing?
Let yourself sit beside them now.
Close enough to feel their calm.
Close enough to remember that this version of you already exists.
Not as a fantasy.
But as a possibility.
They turn to you gently.
And say only this.
What do you want to know?
Now is the time to ask.
Bring forward the question that has been tugging at you.
Ask from your heart.
Not your fear.
Let the silence be a sacred space of listening.
Your future self may respond with words.
Or with a feeling.
Or with an image.
A memory.
A sense of direction.
Stay in this silence with your future self.
Stay with it.
The answer may rise slowly.
Let it come.
It's on its way.
Now gently return.
Your future self stands and offers you something.
A symbol.
A gesture.
A final message.
You accept it.
And as you do,
Something inside you shifts.
You begin to walk back through the forest.
Each step lighter than the last.
You carry not just an answer.
But a deeper trust in yourself.
And feel your body again.
The breath in your nose.
The ground beneath you.
Supporting you.
When it feels natural,
Begin to wiggle your fingers.
And circle your wrists.
Move in any small ways that help you return fully.
Before you open your eyes.
Place one hand onto your heart.
Whisper quietly to yourself.

When you're ready,
Slowly roll to one side.
Pause in the stillness.
And rise with reverence.
You are the question.
