Hello my friend,

Thank you for being here.

Let's take just a few minutes to move back firmly into self-trust.

Trusting your own wisdom,

Trusting your own inner guidance.

Coming back into full connection with your deepest,

Highest self.

So becoming comfortable,

Anchoring into the spot that you're on.

Feeling how gravity naturally draws down through your body and anchors you into the stability of the wise earth.

Taking breath into your body,

That life force energy,

That elixir of life and everything that comes with it.

Breathing from the magic of air,

From life itself,

Inspiring you,

Filling you.

Feel a little lift in your crown,

See if you can open your heart a little.

Let your shoulder blades slide down your back.

Be comfortable.

Support yourself.

Let's begin.

I move towards myself with absolute trust now.

I trust the wisdom that flows from within me.

I honor my intuition and the guidance it provides.

I am confident in my ability to make choices that serve my highest good.

I listen to my inner voice and trust its insights.

I embrace the knowledge I have gained from my experiences.

Breathing in,

Let it all go.

I am open to the wisdom that arises in each moment.

I trust myself to navigate life's challenges with clarity and grace.

My inner wisdom guides me toward fulfilling my true potential.

I have faith in my ability to discern what is best for me.

I celebrate the unique insights that come from my heart and mind.

Take a full breath right into your core.

And then send that breath to every part of you before it flows out back to the beauty of life.

And you might take a few more breaths like that.

Allowing these wisdoms and proclamations to deeply integrate within you.

To come back home to this original knowing.

Now you remember again who you are.

Your deepest essence.

And to commit there.

To live there.

And now it's time to come back.

So begin to feel the spot where you are again.

To tune into your surroundings,

Your sense of being present here.

As you gently open your eyes if they have been closed.

You might take your arms out to life in some way.

Feeling your belonging.

Welcoming all the wise,

Intuitive,

Loving guidance that is flowing your way.

Opening your palms to it.

Letting it flow in through your fingertips.

And then to bring your hands to your heart.

Sealing that.

And now when you are ready you can take that next step.

Back into life whole and complete and trusting completely.

Very helpful practice! It was also perfect to do sitting in a sun filled window. I appreciated the appropriately positive guidance and affirmations, they felt sincere and helped me tap into more self compassion. In a sea of guided practices, it is reassuring to find what is helpful. I was feeling “off track”, my inner critic was too loud, this practice helped because it did not have a cheerleader-like or overly positive tone. I was able to reconnect and reboot with a stronger sense of compassion and grace. I highly recommend ! Thank you 🙏🏼

On the seventh day at home with the flu I woke up to this new mediation from Alison. This mediation is the right medicine for me today (lol). I enjoyed the affirmations, music, and Alison’s calm words. I am reminded to trust my intuition - be anchored in my intuition is a great way to put it. I recommend this mediation for everyone !
