Join me for a day of rest, self-care & rejuvenation. Together we will nourish mind, body & soul with True Rest meditation, gentle movement, conscious dance, breathwork, good company & chocolate! Learn some simple techniques to calm a busy mind & regulate your nervous system. Enjoy a unique live cello sound bath with guest teacher Emily Young.

Churt is a picturesque village near Farnham in Surrey, England, set within the rolling countryside close to the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Surrounded by heathland, woodland, and gentle hills, the area offers a peaceful rural atmosphere with scenic walking trails and open views. With its traditional village character, quiet lanes, and proximity to nature, Churt provides a calm and restorative setting while remaining within easy reach of nearby market towns and London.

Quinnettes is a 16th century house and barn, standing in beautiful gardens in the village of Churt, just off the A287 The Barn & kitchen is available for hire and we are pleased to receive bookings for dance and fitness sessions, art and craft workshops, small weddings, private dinners, wakes and other events. The layout of the barn is flexible, being suitable for both small groups and events catering for up to 80, the building has easy access for wheel chairs and off road parking for up to 12 cars. The Barn has a fully fitted kitchen & cloakrooms for ladies gents and disabled guests. Regular bookings are welcomed, mornings, afternoons and evenings, from a single hour to full day events, with on site support in preparing for events.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 14 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 14 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 14 days before the retreat begins.
