3 Reasons Why You Are Not Stupid
There are moments when you begin to question your own mind—when you forget something simple, lose focus again, struggle to keep up, or watch others seem to understand things so much faster than you. And slowly, that frustration turns inward. You don’t just feel confused or overwhelmed. You start to feel like maybe you are “stupid.” This track is a gentle interruption to that belief. Return to this track whenever self-doubt creeps in, when comparison makes you question yourself, or when you need a reminder that struggling does not make you less intelligent. Hello Beautiful Being So,
In this video,
I am going to share with you three reasons why you are not stupid even if you feel behind,
Confused or like everyone understands life better than you.
So,
Let's talk about reason one.
You think because you got bad grades or because you struggle to understand certain things quickly or because someone else made you feel stupid or less intelligent that it means that you are stupid.
Grades and tests measures one tiny slice of intelligence,
Which is memory recall under pressure.
They completely miss your creativity.
They miss your emotional depth,
That is reading people and holding space for pain.
They miss your resilience,
Which is surviving what breaks others and bouncing back from any adversity.
So,
Please remember this not fitting into one system does not mean that you are broken.
It means that you are multidimensional.
Now let me tell you about second reason why you are not stupid.
So right now you might feel confused or lost or like you don't know enough.
And because of that your mind says,
See,
I'm stupid,
But not knowing is actually the beginning of learning.
It's a transition state,
Not a personality trait.
Confusion is often just your brain trying to understand something it hasn't fully grasped yet.
And every single person who became skilled at something was once a beginner sitting in confusion too.
So instead of judging yourself for not knowing yet,
Allow yourself to be someone who is learning.
Now let's talk about the third and the final reason why you are not stupid.
You think intelligent people have life all figured out while you are struggling to keep up.
But let me remind you of something.
You have already solved problems in your life that didn't came with an instruction manual.
Like navigating toxic family dynamics,
Making rent appear out of nowhere,
Holding heartbreak and still showing up,
Reading a room and knowing when to stay silent.
That's street smarts,
That's survival intelligence,
That's human wisdom.
So please don't reduce your worth to how fast you can learn or how well you perform.
So after this video,
I invite you to think about one way in which you are intelligent.
So what are you good at?
What is your intelligence?
Acknowledge that part of yourself.
If this video helped you feel a little softer towards yourself today,
Then I invite you to share it with someone who might secretly be questioning their own intelligence.
I hope to see you again soon in another one of my videos.
Till then,
Take care.
Bye Bye.
