Hello wonderful being,
Thank you for choosing me to be your guide today.
So let's just settle ourselves into a comfortable position.
You can either sit,
Stand or lie down,
Whatever is most comfortable to you.
We are going to start with connecting with our environment,
The space we are in.
So become aware of the objects around you,
Taking a good look at things that are in the same space as you are.
If your mind wanders,
Then that's okay,
Just bring your awareness to the things around you once again and now whenever you feel ready,
You can gently close your eyes or lower your gaze just to limit visual distraction,
Turning our awareness inward and noticing our breath,
Noticing the air flowing in and out of your nostrils and if you are not already,
Then now taking a deep breath in and a slow breath out,
Deep breath in and a slow breath out.
Now as you continue to take deep and slow breaths,
Bring to your awareness how everyone else who is listening to me right now is also breathing with you in this moment,
With each moment noticing the sense of connection amongst everyone who is breathing in this moment with you.
Now bring your awareness to your body and notice how each time you take a deep breath in,
You are nourishing all these cells of your body,
You are providing these cells everything that they need through this breath,
Noticing your whole body breathing right now,
Each breath is a reminder that universe or God loves you.
They want you to be here because if they didn't,
You won't be here.
This universe or the divine is providing with this life-giving breath to you.
In this moment,
You are being provided everything that you need right now,
With each breath feeling more and more supported by the divine,
God or divine is here with you right now.
Can you feel it in the next breath that you take?
Can you feel the support on the surface on which you are sitting or standing right now?
Bringing your awareness to the surface beneath you,
Feeling fully supported,
Letting go of all the weight of your body and all your burdens just resting on this surface as you feel safe in the hands of God or the universe.
Can you be open to the possibility that the universe is trying to support you in many more not so subtle ways?
Can you believe that in every moment and through everything that happens to you or around you is for your highest good?
Now,
Along with this support,
Can you set an intention to be open to receive universal guidance?
You can affirm it by saying,
I am open to receive whatever I need to hear most right now.
I am open to receive whatever it is I need to hear.
I am open to receive and now trust,
Just have faith that it will come to you.
Now,
Whenever you feel ready,
You can take a deep breath in.
And out,
Letting go of this practice,
Another deep breath in and out,
Being open to receive and now you can open your eyes and connect back with your surroundings.
