What an amazing, profound, and life-changing course! I first discovered Anisha's work through the sister course to this one, which focused on challenging cognitive distortions via CBT. That course led me to this one, and taking both back-to-back has taught me so many methods through which I can change my mind by changing my thoughts, I can hardly keep track of them all! I took extensive notes during this course, which I would highly recommend for future students--Anisha covers a lot of information in a few short weeks, and I'm excited to look back through my notes to remind myself on what I've learned. Overall, well deserving of 5 stars. I feel empowered to take steps toward thinking in a way which supports my overall health and wellness, every day. I am a better person after working through these courses, and am eternally grateful to Anisha for sharing her knowledge with the world. Blessings to you, beautiful soul.

Hi Anisha, Wow!! That's a word or probably an emotion that would describe my current state of mind as I write this review and share my feedback. We all come to such courses or therapy thinking: What is wrong with other person (boss /spouse / caregiver/ circumstances ) that led me to distressing situation where I am in? What this courses, as in therapy does is: Show the mirror for self relection work, Am I arrogant / too polite to say no everytime / stuck in old failure patterns of relationships. Here are my few pros and cons particular to the course: 1. Anisha, you as teacher, have literally put your heart, soul and time to not only creating this course, but also followed up with our queries . Your every chapter and reply help to cement the understanding further. Just like a parent hand holds a small child, you have helped us navigate through difficult topics with your detailed replies. 2. The path to change from unhealthy to healthy thoughts is very beautifully broken down to small chunks so that the destination seems reachable to even a new learner. 3. For me, the examples and visualization techniques helped immensely during the course. I know this is not a face to face session, but literally imagining you besides me and editing unhealthy thought patterns have helped a lot. 4. The level of confidence that you exhibited through out entire course is commendable. It seems you are very clear that a listener shall not need any support in form of books or knowledge and your content is sufficient to share your point across the table. Cons. 1. It is very very difficult to share any improvement areas for this awesome course. But I really wish if you would have shared your intention for sharing this course with us. Eg a teacher sharing a course of Dealing with grief shares her own past learning or trauma and that vulnerability would help deepen connection between you and us. Lori Gottlieb, a renowned psychologist, calls her patients as Fellow Travellers because the place from where people leave therapy is different from where they came from. May your knowledge of light helps each such individual. Amen. Sending lots of positive vibes for your health and dreams. With Metta, Arpit.
