I want to let you know what a beautiful difference you have made in my life. I have suffered from illness in my life and I discovered your live yoga practices. Your soul touched mine through my little i-Phone screen. All your words of wisdom pierce my heart with their truth and your gift of yoga has curbed my illness. I now practice at least 5 times a week because of the fire you lit in me, but my favorite is to practice with you. Aphinya, you are a light in this world. Thank you for everything.

Aphinya! Thank you so much for being the right teacher at the right time to introduce me to yoga. It's not just the level of detail you provide when teaching the poses, but also the philosophical and personal stories you share that I love about your classes. it's obvious you put a lot of thought into what you're doing and that you care about your students. I'm so happy you are part of my yoga path. With much love and gratitude

Aphinya, I will always remember your kindness and compassion during a most difficult time in my life. Your words of wisdom always mean so much to me. Thanks for teaching me so much. Love,

Emily, USA

Aphinya, The beauty of this training has been that nothing was held back. From the first night, you spoke of your willingness to share everything that you know and understand, if only we were willing to ask and to show up ready to try. It has been a deep and profound honor to study with you and I greatly appreciate the intricacies of the practice you've shared, I feel more ready to help others in their journeys for having had the opportunity to take this journey with you.

Adam, USA

Aphinya, I have really enjoyed the opportunity to get to know you. You are one of the most kind, genuine, and caring people I have never had the privilege of getting to know. You have this natural energy which is so comforting and safe. The students you are going to work with someday are going to be so blessed to have such an amazing teacher.

Sophia, USA

Practicing with Aphinya has been one of the most transformative experiences of my yoga journey. She has taught me so much about my body — how to listen, respond, and move with greater awareness and compassion. Her sequencing is nothing short of brilliant: intelligently crafted, deeply safe, and yet artfully challenging in a way that allows even the most advanced poses to unfold naturally and comfortably in the body. What makes Aphinya truly special is her ability to weave playfulness and reflection into her teaching. She shares her own life experiences with such honesty and vulnerability that her students can’t help but connect and find healing in their own stories. Every class feels like an invitation to explore not just movement, but life itself, with openness and joy. She embodies yoga in every sense — not only on the mat, but in the way she lives, teaches, and relates to others. Her enthusiasm, warmth, and grounded presence make each practice a space of genuine connection and growth. Though Aphinya is known internationally and admired by students around the world, she remains humble, present, and deeply rooted in her purpose. Her seasonal approach to sequencing brings balance to body, mind, and spirit, making every class feel perfectly attuned to what is most needed in the moment. I am endlessly grateful for her guidance, her wisdom, and her joyful spirit. Practicing with her is a true gift.
