A Guided Practice For Releasing Physical Tension

In this lesson you will be guided to work with your own internal healing medicine to nurture the physical body thereby easing out tension and replacing it with calm and peace. Please prepare a comfy space to recline or lie down in.

Lesson 3

Acupressure Release

In this lesson we now work with the meridians that are connected to maintaining calm and peace in body, mind and emotions. Included are three acupressure points and two neuro-vascular processes. Please have water ready for hydration which is part of the exercise.
