Self love can be the most challenging love of all. An unfortunate common belief of "I'm not enough" or "I'm not good enough" is often the barrier to natural self love. In this short course we will be engaging with some gentle practices so you can know yourself, be yourself and truly love yourself. Being able to love yourself will open the doors to loving others and allowing others to love you too. The processes shared here are ones that have been tried and tested in my professional practice over the past 20+ years.


Meet your Teacher

Helen Hansen is a kinesiologist using holistic psychology and mind-body healing in her practice. She has worked with thousands of individuals from all walks of life for more than 20 years. Helen is passionate about self-mastery and thus she has created many courses so you can empower yourself to extensively know yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Lesson 1

Know Thyself So You Can Love Yourself

Knowing one's self is one of the essential principles for practicing self love. In this lesson I will be asking you a series of questions and then we will join the dots noticing where there is resonance and dissonance. The resonance will highlight where self love is in action. The areas of dissonance will bring light to the areas in life where self love is needed.

Lesson 2

Activating Self Love Through Acceptance

In this lesson we work through the power of acceptance and the opportunities of transformation. Moving from resistance and into acceptance creates flow and opens the heart to self-love. You will have the opportunity to practice a self-help skill which you can use at any time in the future to support you to accept that which may be challenging to accept.

Love Thyself

Being there for your self is a powerful display of self love. In this lesson we practice being available for one's self. You will be guided to use imagery to imprint into your heart centre the self love you have practiced through these 3 lessons.
