Welcome,
Today we're working with the throat and crown chakras,
Centers of truth,
Voice,
And higher knowing.
This is the moment to notice,
What do I believe?
And what is the voice of my inner critic?
One liberates me,
The other binds me.
Begin by breathing deeply into your throat,
Feeling expansion as if you could breathe directly through your voice.
Imagine a gentle breeze moving through you,
The element of air lifting your thoughts higher.
With each breath,
Notice the vibration of your thoughts,
Some fast and critical,
Others calm and spacious.
Bring your awareness to the crown chakra above your head,
The gateway to clarity and connection.
Feel the hum,
The subtle vibration right there.
Now,
Invite your inner critic to step forward.
Notice the words,
The tone,
Does it sound like doubt,
Judgment,
Limitation?
With compassion,
Thank it.
It once tried to protect you,
But it is not your truth.
Now bring forward your belief voice,
Steady,
Kind,
And guiding.
Silently affirm,
I choose thoughts that move me forward.
I allow my vibration to rise.
I trust my voice and my knowing.
Notice the shift,
The critic is still,
The belief of voice is alive.
A mask tells you life must be hard,
A mask tells you,
You must sacrifice,
But your higher self knows a different vibration.
Take one last breath into the throat.
One last breath into the crown,
Letting the air element sweep you clean.
Return to your day knowing your thoughts can be chosen and each choice raises your vibration.
