But under the full moon, Masks grow heavy. This is a time to release what's performative and reclaim presence. Close your eyes if you can. Feel your feet rooted into the ground, Steady, Anchored. Inhale deeply through the nose. Exhale slowly through the mouth. With each breath, Imagine shedding a layer of tension or performance. Consider this. In your leadership, Where might you be wearing a mask? Like the hero, Believing only you can hold everything together? The saint, Taking on every burden to protect others? The realist, Accepting burnout as the price of impact? Or the innocent, Waiting for things to calm down on their own? Which mask feels most present right now? Notice, Not with judgment, But with curiosity. Now, Ask yourself, What is this mask trying to protect me from? Is it fear of failure? Fear of being seen? Fear of not being enough? Imagine placing that mask gently down before you. You can thank it for trying to protect you. But acknowledge that it no longer serves the leader you're becoming. Visualize the full moon above, Its light washing over you. As it shines, It dissolves the weight of performance, Revealing your authentic presence beneath.
