Testimonials

info

The yoga flow was very well thought from beginning to end. Alice is very welcoming and caring - I felt really safe under her guidance, especially when practising with closed eyes, she always reassured us that she was watching the surroundings. After the classes I attended I felt grounded, connected to my body, uplifted and revitalised. The whole experience was so meditative and peaceful, I would definitely recommend it and cannot wait to practise again!

Veronika, United Kingdom

Alice encouraged us to draw inspiration from the strength of the trees and the calmness in the air, guiding us through a series of poses that mimicked these elements. Her gentle reminders to stay present and absorb the natural beauty around us elevated the session, making it a truly immersive experience... Whether you're an experienced yogi or a beginner, this is an experience not to be missed.

Neha, Unite Kingdom

Alice is a great Yoga teacher and holds a very safe, calm and supportive space with serenity and grace. Poses are demonstrated and described with great articulation and gentle adjustments provided as needed while weaving yoga philosophy and positive affirmations to support and enhance the practice.
