This course found me right on time. I am grateful for the guidance on how to transition out of the cycle of shadow work into a new relationship with myself and my energy. It is the natural evolution, I just didn’t see it on my own. I feel like I’m breathing easier today, and feel grateful for the course correction and encouragement. I did find some of the communication hard at times and would have appreciated some pauses, but overall a beautiful, welcome course. 💓

So much gratitude Joy. This one was more challenging, being willing to feel the human suffering, to acknowledge all the accumulated stuff and imagine being free from its burdens. Very valuable and God-Us sent: this miraculously coincides with my 4th and 5th step in the 12 steps! (Making a fearless moral inventory, daring to share it with another trusted human being, and more! The unburdening of mistakes in healing from addiction.) Anyhow thank youvso much and all healing love and support to you in this time of the recent passing of your brother. May you and your family receive whatever is needed! Thank You for the shout out during the Live meditation! I sobbed with joy! That you knew NM is the Land of Enchantment deeply touched me!
