If you're here,

Chances are something feels a little full.

Like your emotions are rising just under the surface.

Maybe without a clear shape or name.

Today,

We're not here to solve or fix.

We're here to soften.

To become like water.

Clear,

Fluid,

And honest.

So wherever you are,

Begin by noticing your breath.

Not changing it,

Just noticing.

Like watching small ripples move across a still pond.

Now gently invite the breath to flow in and out.

In and out.

Imagine that each inhale brings in clarity.

Each exhale,

A gentle release.

Not of the emotion itself,

But of the need to figure it all out.

If it helps,

Imagine yourself floating.

Held.

Supported.

Like water cradling you in complete trust.

You don't have to carry it all.

Not in this moment.

Now,

Let's offer a few words to your inner world.

You can speak them out loud or in your mind.

Whatever feels right.

I am allowed to feel.

I don't have to fix it all right now.

My feelings are part of my truth.

Like water,

I can soften and flow.

I trust my inner knowing will return when I'm ready.

Take one more breath in and out.

Let your nervous system feel the shift.

Let the emotions know they are welcome.

And when you're ready,

Gently return to your day.

Softer,

Clearer,

And more connected to yourself.
