You are worthy of love and belonging exactly as you are right now. Enjoy the gentle sounds of the beach as I guide you through a seven-minute meditation designed to help you experience greater self-love.

I'm Itzel Heyward of Attuned Living and welcome to this self-love meditation,
Guiding you to come home to yourself and to your tender heart.
By coming to a comfortable seated position.
Feeling the ground beneath you.
Feeling yourself supported by the surface you're resting on,
Which in turn is supported by the earth.
Feel a gentle inner lift lengthening the spine.
Crown of the head reaching up.
Feeling that connection with the space above you.
Allow the eyes to gently close or be down with a soft focus,
Allowing the awareness to begin turning within.
And let the attention rest on the breath.
Without trying to change or alter the breath in any way.
Simply following the natural rhythm and flow of the breath.
And now gently place both hands over the heart.
And notice how it feels to place the hands over this tender,
Vulnerable area.
The seat of love for self and for others.
The blissful bliss.
And now with both hands over the heart,
Say these words silently or with a deep breath,
Or aloud with me now.
I am ready to awaken my most loving and compassionate heart.
And I am willing to love all parts of myself,
Including those parts of myself that may have been hidden or forgotten.
Breathe here just for a moment now,
Letting these words resonate in you.
And in your heart.
And now together,
Let's send out a silent wish that all beings everywhere know peace,
And only peace.
Beautiful.
And as you're ready,
Releasing the hands and gently opening the eyes.
