Cultivate a sense of peace and settle into presence with this breath-centered mantra meditation. In the Sanskrit language, so hum means I am or I am that — universal consciousness. No music is included so that you can focus on internally hearing the sound of "So" as you inhale, and "Hum" as you exhale.

I love the guidance given. I have done So Hum meditation many times over the years. The example of how to elongate the word/sound to fit the length of the inhale and exhale made the whole thing click!
