Make yourself comfortable now by laying down on your back or sitting down on the floor.
Close your eyes and begin to relax.
You take a deep breath in and you feel the energy of love in your heart.
You take a deep breath out and you remove all the energy inside your body that doesn't conserve your highest good.
With each and every breath you take,
You relax more and more.
You feel your worries and fears as red energy going down to the bottom of your feet.
These energies are transmuted into light.
This energy does not belong to you anymore.
Let this energy go.
You imagine those red energies being transformed into white little lights in the cosmos.
Now relax the top of your head.
You may feel a little tingling sensation there.
Focus the energy between your eyes and you feel your muscles relax.
Feel your cheeks relax.
Your jaw relax.
Your tongue relax.
Your neck relax.
Your arms relax.
Your hands and fingers relax.
You may feel the energy in your fingers.
It may make your hands warmer and warmer.
Your thighs relax.
Your legs relax.
Your feet relax.
Can you feel the energy in your toes and the bottom of your feet?
When you silence your thoughts and focus on the palms of your feet,
Shhh.
Can you feel the energy?
Now put your awareness in your chest and feel your heartbeat.
Imagine there's a ball of energy inside of your heart.
What color comes to mind?
Does it pulse or vibrate?
Or does it soothe and go out as quickly as it comes in?
Now you see this ball of light as it begins to spin clockwise.
The more it spins,
The more you feel gratitude to this present moment.
You know why you're here.
You know what you came here to do.
You know that you are activating the light codes from a place of love.
You feel the excitement in your heart as you connect to your divine self.
This energy vibrating inside of your chest is your being.
You see seven balls of floating white light in front of you.
They are growing brighter and brighter as you stare at them.
And you notice that they are connected to your seven chakras inside your body.
You notice the silver strings that connect these balls of energy to your physical body.
You feel each connection at the top of your head,
In between your eyebrows,
In the middle of your brain.
You feel it in your throat,
In your chest,
At the top of your abdomen,
Below your navel,
Your belly,
And the bottom of your back.
Bring your awareness now back to the balls of white light in front of you.
As you stare at them,
You suddenly see colors or geometrical patterns or symbols.
When you say to yourself and repeat these words,
I activate the light codes to allow myself to heal my DNA and live with passion and purpose,
To enjoy my journey,
To walk with forgiveness,
Gratitude,
Understanding,
Peace,
Wealth,
Abundance,
And unconditional love to myself and others,
To continuously work on my self-development,
And to raise the vibration of this planet by truly living out my fullest potential,
To share my truth and my realizations so others can heal from their pain and live their most beautiful lives.
As I allow myself these powerful activations,
The more I realize the universe has no restrictions.
You breathe in the deepest breath you've ever taken today,
And you feel the energies explode inside of your chest and spread all over your body.
