Hello and welcome to this Earth Grounding Breath Meditation. This breath is designed to use easily throughout your day when you desire to shift your energy, disrupt stress responses and patterns, oxygenate your cells, decrease anxiety and drop into a deeply grounded state. This particular type of breath recalibrates your nervous system and shifts the biological response of the sympathetic nervous system or fight or flight into the parasympathetic nervous system or rest and regenerate.

Hello and welcome to this Earth Grounding Breath Meditation.

I'm so happy you're here and I do hope these tracks are supporting you in your health,

Alignment and consciousness practice.

This breath is designed to use easily throughout your day when you desire to shift your energy,

Disrupt stress responses and patterns,

Oxygenate your cells,

Decrease anxiety and drop into your deep knowingness and alignment.

This particular type of breath can recalibrate your nervous system and shift the biological response of the sympathetic nervous system or fight or flight into the parasympathetic nervous system or rest and regenerate.

The Earth Grounding Breath can also increase your quality and duration of sleep.

Join me now to create deep change and robust wellness in just three or four minutes.

Settle into whatever position feels most comfortable for you now.

This meditation can be activated in any setting for immediate results and we will begin our practice in three,

Two,

One.

And now go ahead and take in a nice deep breath in through your nose all the way down to your belly and pause for a few seconds.

Release that breath now as you exhale through your nose letting it flow out with ease and completion pausing for a few seconds again.

Begin another nourishing deep breath bringing it all the way down as your belly naturally expands while delivering oxygen to every cell and muscle of your body.

And now releasing the breath letting it all flow out while you feel your body drop into a profound state of relaxation.

With your next inhale you start to feel a warm luminescent light flooding in with your breath as it fills up your heart space and moves down into your belly.

Now releasing with your exhale relaxing down,

Shoulders dropping,

Jaw relaxing,

Muscles letting fully go.

And with this next breath that warm light grows in strength and moves throughout your body pulsating with life force energy as you hold that breath in your belly and then let it go letting go of any energy,

Any interaction,

Any entity that does not belong to you or is not serving your highest good holding here in your sovereignty and strength.

Again drawing in a healing breath as you begin to expand that light out from your heart space moving it out into the space surrounding you.

Pause.

And exhale down feeling your breath and body drop down as you feel roots anchoring you into the earth firmly and lovingly feel those roots all the way down into the deep layers of the earth.

Coming back up into the light in your body as you inhale in that light now expands out into the collective a pure grounded pulsation of light emanating your new expanded frequency out to where it is needed most and releasing down fully down in the comfort and knowledge that you are a part of a greater collective and expansive consciousness.

Now just being in your body your breath breathe in deeply pause and exhale now feeling your body tissues melt like butter softly completely letting go be with this profound shift that you created in this meditation.

Breathe in again slowly completely holding once more and letting it out easily as your body relaxes even further into whatever it is in contact with the bed,

The chair,

The floor,

The earth and just allow yourself to move into your day or night as you continue to breathe in and breathe out with a deep presence and ease full feeling of well being and joy and an oncoming restful and healing sleep state.
