And welcome to the DNA Light Code Activation Meditation.

I'm so happy you are here and have chosen to be an active participant in remembering,

Rediscovering,

And reigniting your divine birthright of empowerment,

Healing,

And higher dimensional living.

I am simply here to be a gentle support guiding you back to yourself.

You are a sovereign being of light,

Here for a sacred purpose.

Every time you take the time to drop into a practice of shedding limiting programming to rediscover all that you came into this human form with,

You create a shift in your holistic experience and the powerful collective consciousness.

Please do not drive or operate heavy machinery when listening to this guided meditation.

It does,

However,

Support your alignment and higher consciousness activation,

Which in turn reminds you of all the wellness,

Wisdom,

And creating energy you came into your body with.

No one is more intimate with you than you.

Okay,

Find a nice comfortable spot,

Turn your phone off,

Release distractions,

Invite yourself to be fully present in your intentional alignment to embrace a vibrant,

Joyful,

And centered experience here in this body.

What does that feel like?

To participate freely in your full awakening.

To be clear on your soul's purpose,

Greatness,

And abilities.

Once you have settled in,

Go ahead and find a spot on the wall,

Or in the grass,

Or in your environment in front of you to focus on.

We're going to take a few moments to focus on this spot.

Begin to look at the spot in a dreamy way while maintaining your focus.

You might feel like you want to blink your eyes,

But please resist the temptation and just keep gazing at the same spot.

Very good.

And now,

Allowing your eyes to relax while they continue to hold their gaze on the spot you chose.

I want you to release your eyelids and let them close down,

Way down.

It feels so good to let your eyelids sink down and relax.

All the muscles in and around your eyes just dropping and relaxing.

Your eyelids have become heavy and you notice the feeling that they cannot move.

Go ahead now and test your eyelids and notice that as you test them,

They have become so heavy and comfortable that they do not move.

Stop testing now and continue to feel your eyelids sink even deeper into that beautiful state of relaxation.

Good.

And now that your eyelids are closed so thoroughly,

Take in a long,

Nourishing,

Deep breath,

Filling your belly up with air.

And at the end of the inhale,

Pause for a few seconds.

And now release your breath,

Sinking down,

Deep down,

Feeling every muscle and cell releasing with your breath,

Pausing at the end of each exhale.

Again,

Taking a long,

Deep inhale and hold it,

And release it out,

Fully out,

Letting go of any energy that is not yours or that does not serve you in your highest good.

Once more,

Taking an inhale in,

And this time feeling a warmth and light entering your body and starting to move into your heart space with that breath.

And now as you exhale,

You feel yourself sinking,

Sinking deeper and deeper,

While the healing light pulses in and around your heart.

Good.

And now I want you to continue at your own breathing pace,

Feeling breath move in and out,

Filling up with gratitude for this body,

This vessel of discovery,

And for your great ability to care for your vehicle during your time together here.

With every inhale,

You feel the warmth and light entering and gently filling you up.

With every exhale,

You feel your shoulders drooping down.

You feel your chest sinking,

Your jaw relaxing.

Your muscles and joints are melting like butter.

With the next inhale,

You feel the warmth and light getting bigger and brighter as they move from your heart space into your solar plexus and pelvic bowl.

And as you exhale,

You sink in that warm comfort as you melt down in full,

Embodied relaxation.

And with another inhale,

Your whole body now pulses in the warm,

Crystalline light with gratitude and wellness.

Feel how your breath and oxygen nourish every cell of your body,

Bringing you health,

Ease,

And relaxation.

Your body responds to every breath by increasing your immunity and your wellness as you sink deeper and deeper.

Every time you take a long,

Nourishing breath in,

Your body responds quicker and deeper into that state of health,

Balance,

And relaxation.

Good.

And as your breath continues to cycle in and out,

Supporting and nourishing every cell in your body,

Take yourself in your mind's eye to the top of a staircase.

It's a beautiful,

Ornate staircase with 10 steps down to the bottom.

As I count,

You will be going down each step one by one,

Down deeper and deeper into relaxation.

You feel a glow all around you.

You feel light and you feel ease as you begin to descend,

Beginning at the top with 10 and going down,

Way down with 9,

8,

7,

Moving deeper into relaxation,

6,

5,

4,

Feeling yourself becoming more relaxed with every step down,

3,

2,

And 1.

You're now dropping into the deepest level of relaxation yet.

Your body may be feeling lighter now as it integrates the physical and energetic dimensions,

Creating a space of love,

Trust,

And knowing all around you.

As we move through this remembrance and light activation of your cells and DNA,

You continue to effortlessly move your breath in and out,

Nourishing yourself deeper with every cycle.

And now in your mind's eye,

Picture and feel a cord pulsating with the most beautiful luminescent light,

And this cord begins at your sacrum,

Your root,

And it is now moving down,

Down through the floor,

The ground,

Down into the deep layers of the earth,

Down through the rich,

Fertile soil,

The rocks,

The sediment,

The crystals,

The stones,

Down into the deep pulse of Mother Earth.

When you reach the center,

Go ahead and attach the cord firmly there in whatever way it happens with ease and strength.

Now feel any slack in the cord leaning.

You are firmly rooted to Mother Earth in her strength and love.

Coming back up into your field,

Go ahead and search for any energy that does not serve your highest good,

That is not yours,

That is not vibrating with your soul.

Allow it all to flow out from you with ease as it effortlessly moves down your cord,

Moving down into the deep layers of earth being absorbed by the loving depths of our Gaia,

Of our true home,

Of our true nature.

Good,

And once all outside and foreign energies have flowed through your special cord of pulsating light,

You begin to feel a rising up from the earth.

With every heartbeat,

The earth offers its pure light and healing energy to come back to you.

It's now flooding you with grounded,

Clear energy to serve you in your highest good.

Feel that light pulsating and flowing up through your feet,

Moving up through your body,

And now it's bursting out of your crown,

Moving higher and higher as it reaches for and connects with your higher self,

Your source energy,

Connecting you to the creating energy as above and so below.

That light now cascades out like a waterfall back into the earth,

Creating oneness between your higher self,

The earth's energy,

And your physical being.

In this beautiful cycle of light,

You feel radiant,

Energized,

Empowered.

You have all the knowledge that is and has always been available in this space of pure essence and alignment,

No matter where you are.

As this light moves through you with ease,

You begin to notice that the light is all around you,

Giving you warmth and comfort.

With every new inhale,

That divine light continues to pour into your body,

Giving you a feeling of peace,

Knowing that you are loved and supported and have all of the knowledge within.

This light of magnificence that dances all around you is now bursting in your cells,

Wrapping you in a glowing state of vibrancy and health.

This light grows stronger around you as it begins to feel familiar and powerful.

You now notice that as this light continues to grow in strength,

It also grows in support.

Our angels,

Guides,

Ancestors,

And spirit are available through this light.

They are here,

Holding you and guiding you.

They hold the heart of your soul's support.

You have the ability and divine strength to ask your guides for clarity and information,

For supreme support,

And fully coming into alignment with your highest self,

Your divine ascension and mastery in this form.

You ask those beings that love you unconditionally to assist you and send you messages in your highest good,

And as you continue to feel nourished and replenished through every beautiful breath cycle that effortlessly flows in and out,

You drop even deeper into this connection with the healing light around and inside of you.

You are here,

In this body and this soul,

In this moment.

You are safe.

You are loved.

You are held in this new frequency of light that you are creating for new ways of living.

You are aligning with the pulse of life.

Your cells burst with that same life that breathes around you.

As it is within,

It is without.

And as you continue to drop into this space,

Take some time now to feel yourself inflow with the trees,

The sparkle of the moon,

The light codes radiating out from the sun,

The stars near and far,

The messages in the clouds,

The ebb and flow of the ocean,

The whispers of the wind,

The singing calls and exquisite movements of life.

Begin to look around now and see.

You are standing next to the trees,

Swaying with their branches as you look up at the sun,

Feeling the glow and warmth on your skin,

Integrating its light codes and frequencies,

Moving them down into your physical body,

Hearing the birds call in beautiful melodic tones.

And you start to spin around,

And as you turn,

You spiral into the night sky,

The moon at its brightest,

Shining down and into your soul.

You feel the energy awakening your body,

Dancing in your cells,

Magnifying your true nature.

Take a moment to bask in this exquisite balance you experience under this night sky,

Feeling completely held by the consciousness energy that flows through all of life and through you.

Now coming back to the light,

The crystalline light of pure love and health that surrounds and permeates you.

Go ahead and start to direct this light within your body,

In your tissues.

It moves with ease and precision to wherever you lead it,

Activating your natural healing potential within your creating energy.

Every time you reach a new area of your body in the future,

You drop into the focused and precise motion of the DNA inhabiting the cells in that region as you move through the initiation of their spiral of healing light.

Now take yourself in your mind's eye and visualization to the double helix spiral of your DNA.

Living with this one particular spiral right now,

You experience it gaining in frequency and strength as the light penetrates any altered areas,

Imbalances,

And blocked energy,

Freeing up emotional locks,

Ancestral knowledge,

Codes,

And the creating energy that is your natural flow in life.

Any restriction,

Imbalance,

Or emotion that releases moves up and out of your physical body,

Being transformed by your source consciousness and becoming a place of learned experience and empowerment in this human.

You begin to deeply integrate your innate ability to transmute the energy within your unique code by this light work and supreme release.

It is the same birthright from source energy you came into this form with.

Now feel all of the power of your inherent knowledge and abilities as you begin to move through your body and into your cells with the crystalline healing light of our unending powers of health and transformation,

Equalizing the billions of active DNA by inhabiting and balancing their entirety,

We are going to take your attention and focus to specific areas of your body so that you can direct this healing potential.

Continuing to feel that spiral spinning within your cells,

Now migrate your attention to your feet and feel that light moving through your feet up into your legs.

Just as the grounding energy of the earth moves up and through us,

This healing activation of light DNA moves equally.

And now you're migrating your attention to your lower belly or pelvic bowl.

You continue feeling a lightness and radiance all around as you unleash the potential in your cellular consciousness,

The potential to heal,

To remember,

To thrive.

Healing is quantum in this state of deep belief,

Trust,

And knowingness.

Healing through your hips now,

You can move quickly throughout the body as we can heal in quantum shifts in these states of beautiful balance and alignment.

Now moving up to your diaphragm and solar plexus,

Feel those spirals spinning,

Spinning with healing light and activation.

Feel the consciousness wake up in each and every one.

Now moving into your heart space and chest as your heart bursts with love and joy as it creates an open space for healing and trust.

Now moving down the arms and to the fingertips,

Back up through the throat,

And now your third eye,

Finally moving this energy up through the crown as it expands and connects with your higher self and universal consciousness.

You are divine.

You are light.

That same light that is now radiating from your active,

And awakened DNA and cells is dancing all around you now.

This is the light of creation,

The same creation energy that lies within your cells,

Waiting in loving support and all-knowing presence,

The same creation energy that has been muted by external circumstances and belief systems,

The same creation energy that holds the ancient knowledge of all that is,

The same creation energy that is your divine birthright,

The same creation energy that you came in with to support,

Guide,

Heal,

And nourish you.

Every cell that makes up your physical form holds the entirety of this creation energy.

Every strand of resting DNA that has been waiting to be activated with your trust,

Feel your breath move in and out.

The bed,

The couch,

And your calling.

You are fully ready to enter your now moment and day from the deep knowledge and understanding that you hold powerful abilities to create,

And to align with profound truths that go far beyond the limitations of the physical realm and that you are the key to their manifestation.
