Find a nice comfortable position.

Maybe grab a blanket and just allow yourself to get radically present.

Once you've settled in,

Go ahead and close your eyes.

Begin to notice the air on your skin.

Listening to the layers of sounds around you.

Connecting with your breath now.

Just be easy,

Letting go of expectations,

Filling up with possibilities.

Drop down into this moment now fully.

Notice gravity supporting you into deep ease in your mind and body and spirit.

Feel your heart beating as you move into more and more softness.

Now go ahead and take in a big,

Bold breath all the way down into your belly.

Pausing at the end for a few seconds and then releasing that breath,

Letting it flow all the way out with your exhale.

Once again,

Taking a nice,

Big,

Nourishing breath,

Filling your belly up with air all the way and then letting it all go,

Letting yourself just be.

Now feel the pull of gravity as you drop deeper into beautiful states of relaxation and ease.

Notice the clarity of the sensations in your body now as you flow with the pulse of energy and life moving through you.

Feel yourself settling into your vessel.

The further you drop down into a beautiful state of relaxation,

You notice the quicker you let go of any stress or tension that had been residing in your body,

In your mind,

Or in your energy.

You feel the joy that comes with the release of those thoughts or that stress from your day,

Your week,

Or any experience that you may be moving through now.

As you continue into this light state of easeful relaxation,

You now notice how wonderful it feels to just rest in this moment,

Having all that you need right here and now with feelings of love and safety all around you.

Good.

As your breath continues to cycle in and out,

Supporting and nourishing every cell in your body,

Go ahead and take yourself in your mind's eye to the top of a staircase that is radiating in crystalline light.

You notice that there's 10 steps down to the bottom.

As I count,

You'll be going down each step one by one,

Down into deep relaxation and comfort where you easefully flow into higher states of consciousness and guidance,

Activating your core light body.

Beginning at the top now with 10 and starting to go down to nine,

Eight,

Seven,

Deeper into a flow state with six,

Five,

Four,

Feeling pure relaxation pulsating through your body now with three,

Two,

And one.

Now dropping into the deepest state of relaxation and light body activations you have experienced yet today.

Now in this beautiful new space of flow and ease,

Bring your attention and presence down to your feet.

Notice how firmly your feet are rooted into the ground no matter what position your feet are physically in at this moment.

You easily visualize them connected with mother earth.

And now you begin to feel beautiful luminescent roots moving from your feet all the way down through the earth,

Gaining in strength and light as they move down through the dirt,

The rocks,

The sediment,

The crystals,

Down into the cool untouched layers of the earth all the way down to her core.

And when you reach Gaia's heartbeat,

Feel those roots anchor in and receive the firm grounded support and care that is there for you always.

Connecting in easily now.

Bring your attention back up and scan your field,

Your being,

And your body for any lingering energy,

Cords,

Or connections that may still be in your frequency that do not serve you in your highest good,

That are not yours.

Begin to feel those energies easily detaching from you now.

Notice them moving down your roots and arriving into the open womb of mother earth where she's ready to absorb those hurts,

Those pains that are not yours and may be holding you in places of limitation.

As they move into those roots from you to the earth,

You begin to feel lighter as your soul expands into new potentials and possibilities.

This continues to happen quickly and easily.

And after you've released all that does not serve you,

You feel a beautiful new crystalline light moving up from a clear,

And centered space through your roots into your feet.

As you feel the tingling sensation of the full empowered energy of you exchange in and out of the soles of your feet.

That warm healing light is moving up through your legs,

Pouring into your hips,

Filling your pelvic bowl with a warmth that continues now through your solar plexus,

Into your heart center in space,

Moving through your shoulders and down your arms,

Out the palms of your hands.

I feel it coming back up now into your throat,

Nourishing and cleansing your throat chakra,

And now the warm crystalline light reaches your head,

Cleansing your third eye for deeper and clearer divine sight and vision.
