Now just let yourself arrive to this moment,

And your innate majesty.

Taking in a nice deep nourishing breath now,

Filling the belly up with air,

And then releasing that breath out all the way out as your shoulders drop down,

Your body relaxes,

And your mind begins to rest,

Allowing any thoughts that may be coming in now to just move through in ease,

Beginning to notice sensations in your body,

Any areas of tension or tightness.

Breathing into those areas now and softening as you release deeper and deeper into a beautiful state of relaxation as it becomes easy to let go of any tension,

Any stress,

Any tightness,

Fully allowing yourself to soften and receive.

And any noises around you now are beginning to fade into the distance as you continue to bring your awareness to your full experience here and now.

Acting with the breath easily,

Luminescent roots moving through your feet down into her soil,

Feel them become magnetized as they merge with your crystal.

Let your body rest here in this meadow,

In this glowing orb of safety and light.

And now begin to feel your energy body float easily and effortlessly above your physical vessel.

Notice yourself getting lighter and lighter as both your energy and physical body knows that they are safe.

They are loved this journey.

Let your physical body remain here,

Calm,

And at peace as your energy body begins to float up now.

The higher you go,

The lighter you become.
