Now close your eyes and ease into relaxing your mind,
Allowing yourself to become fully present in this time,
This experience,
This intention,
This opportunity.
It is a time of integration,
A time to receive sacred wisdom from within and softness and ease with Earth Medicine.
This is a moment of release.
As you go beyond this realm,
You journey to the depths of consciousness where soul guides reside,
Whether they be animals,
Ancestors,
Angels,
Or more.
You drop deep into spaces of co-creation,
Guidance,
And love.
And now we begin with a big,
Beautiful inhale into your heart,
Space,
And center.
And as it expands,
You hold it and pause at the top,
Feeling expansion grow within.
And now you release that breath fully out,
Feeling your whole body drop down as you exhale and clear.
And now again,
Inhale a nice,
Beautiful,
Bold breath into your heart.
And as soon as you get to the top,
You pause.
And now you take a second,
Deeper breath all the way into your belly now,
Holding,
Holding,
Expanding.
And now you exhale,
Dropping down.
Your mind relaxes,
Your jaw softens,
Your shoulders release,
And your pelvic bowl moves into a beautiful space of flow and ease.
Notice the energy that pulsates through you now.
Feel a new space that begins to open in the back of your heart,
Moves through to the front.
This space opens like a vortex of light,
Creating movement.
And as you receive deep love and support,
You are held,
You are loved,
You are supported in all,
All that is to And now notice the ground beneath you as the strength of Gaia rises and holds you in her love,
Wraps you in the womb of her consciousness as she invites your energy body to move with her now.
And as you look around,
You notice that you are on the porous floor.
Notice the ground beneath you as the strength of Gaia begins to rise and hold you in her love,
In her womb of consciousness.
You feel a warmth moving through your body now,
A trust of what is to come as you feel held,
Loved,
And eternally supported in this now.
And now as your energy body begins to look,
You notice beautiful ancient trees all over.
The sun is sparkling through the branches.
It's glistening on your skin.
You feel the rays dancing on your body as they seem to breathe through your cells.
As you continue to connect deeper and grounded strength with me,
Your body feels lighter as if there are layers that are falling from you into layers of clothes.
Layers of stories as they fall off one by one by quickly being absorbed by the fertile ground.
You drop into this cocoon of the womb of earth consciousness.
Now there is a bird song.
It arrives through the breeze with the most perfects that take you far beyond.
You find yourself at the base of a tree,
Your tree,
And you join with its roots as you move down,
Down toward the center of the earth,
Flowing through the roots as you merge together.
And they become the veins that bring light.
The roots intertwine with your heart,
Guiding your way to the core of Gaia,
The untouched precious layers where all in all is forever.
You move into a portal that opens perfectly and you feel the support of a love that is familiar and vast.
You're beginning to hear the sounds of life in a new way and you feel a stillness in this darkness that is comfort beyond measure.
An eternal energy spreads through you,
Becoming bigger than any that may have been hanging.
You continue to connect deeper in this heartbeat,
In this portal where all like the knowingness,
The wisdom of your unique medicine,
Of your journey deeper.
You become more and more ready to receive the guide,
The message,
The one who walks with you now beyond the veil within yourselves as the layers have fallen away.
You are a vessel for what wants to be known,
Merging with earth.
She breathes through you and you breathe through her,
A portal to welcome the seeds that grow your roots and unfold the new,
The roots that move through your body,
The roots that move throughout the land.
This ancient tree is no tree.
It is you.
You are born in the room.
You are the medicine.
You are the power.
You are the one journey deeper.
Now notice the movement you are feeling in this experience.
Now,
As you begin to rise back up from the center of this earth with new soul guidance,
Messages and direction offered from those that walk with you without physical form,
They will continue to offer gifts of revelation from here in the spaces that are shared to awaken your senses.

You return now renewed and empowered with divine truth.
