Take a few deep breaths to refresh and rejuvenate your body.
Breathe in beautiful cleansing oxygen in through your nose,
Into your airways,
All the way down into your lungs.
Visualise your lungs fill and expand taking in this life renewing oxygen.
Breathing light and healing love into every cell,
Tissue and organ of your body.
Breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth.
Breathing in and breathing out.

Follow this steady rhythm and feel your body and mind connect to your breath.
Now is the perfect time to set our intentions for the day.
