Self Love Blessing

In times of difficulty and questioning my self-worth,

May I remember the divine blessing that I am.

Deep in the core of my being,

There is an infinite wellspring of love.

I now breathe into this wellspring of love.

And with each breath,

I access more and more of my divine loving.

I now allow this wellspring of love to pour and flow to the surface of my conscious mind,

Allowing it to pour into my heart and my body,

Bathing my entire essence with loving.

For I am deserving.

I deserve all good.

I now move past all negative,

Restricting thoughts about myself.

I release and let go of the limitations of my parents and family.

I love them and I move beyond them.

I am not their negative opinions or their limiting beliefs.

I am no longer bound or depressed by any fears or prejudices of the current society I live in.

I no longer identify with limitation of any kind.

As I forgive and totally release the past and all past experiences,

I soar free,

Knowing it is safe to be all of me.

For I am the divine child of the multiverse.

I now move into a new space of consciousness,

One where I am willing to create new thoughts and feelings about myself and about my life.

I breathe into this loving and with every breath,

I become more loving.

I live totally in this now,

Experiencing each moment as good.

I know my future is bright and secure.

I am willing to feel loving and accept all of myself.

For I deserve a good life.

I deserve love and abundance of love.

I am worthy of joy and happiness.

I deserve optimal health.

I am worthy of abundant wealth.

I deserve the freedom to be all that I came here to be.

I deserve all good.

I know this to be true.

The multiverse is more than willing to manifest my new beliefs and feelings and take care of me.

I know all this to be true.

I am supported.

I accept all of this love,

All of this joy.

I accept all of this abundance and all of this happiness.

And I accept it all with gratitude and open appreciation.

And so it was,

And so it is,

And so shall it always be.
