Thankyou, was very apprehensive before beginning, at beginning lots of shoulder pressure I felt lots of energies moving, my hands wereon my chest and stomach, didn't feel like I was applying lots of pressure, however very stiff after. Going to have a good stretch and shake. Feel like I may have to do this again. Powerful Thanks 😊 🙏 🤍💜🤍💜
