Thank you for joining this healing and harmony quantum practice.

I invite you to center wherever you're at,

To arrive in the moment,

In the present,

To open consciously any affirmations I invite you to say,

I ask that you say them out loud.

I am open,

I am centered,

I arrive.

Feel yourself coming into this present moment,

Setting your intention for healing and harmony throughout all aspects of your being.

I invite you to set this intention as you feel fuller into the presence,

Bringing your awareness deeper into your body as you feel this intention setting it as if it has already happened,

Coming from completion.

I invite you to visualize magic circle of light around you now,

Surrounding you,

Filling it even more with this intention,

Choosing even more to accept and allow the unfolding of this intention.

I invite you to draw your awareness to the top of your head,

To the crown of your head.

Visualize it opening like a valve,

Commanding it open,

Open.

Visualize literally that center at your crown opening and as you do I invite you with your breath to visualize breathing in a waterfall of white light with a violet hue coming in through your crown,

Filling your head as you drop your awareness to the center of your brow.

Open,

Open.

Opening this center of energy,

Drawing in this waterfall of white light with violet hue into the center of your brow,

Draining down this cosmic energy,

This healing white light with violet hue,

This waterfall of healing energy bathing you as we drop deeper into your head,

Down to your throat,

Filling your throat,

Feeling your throat,

Opening this center,

Open,

Open.

Feeling the back and the front of the throat,

Filling now with this waterfall of white light with a violet hue,

Feeling it drop down,

Filling your shoulders and arms into your torso,

Down to your heart,

Feeling into the center of your heart as you breathe in more of this light,

This waterfall bathing you with these healing and harmonious energies,

Actualizing your intentions.

Feeling into your heart,

Front and back,

Filling now,

Open,

Open,

Opening this center of energy,

Dropping down even more,

Filling your torso and your stomach,

Dropping down your awareness deeper in your body,

Deep into your stomach,

Filling even more with this waterfall of white light and a violet hue,

Healing and bathing you as you bask in every aspect,

Every cell,

Every fiber,

Every molecule,

Every vibration of your being,

Down into your stomach,

Open,

Open,

Dropping down to below your belly button to your pubic region,

Opening this energy center,

Open,

Open,

Breathing in this energy,

This violet hue around this white light of waterfall energy flowing into your pubic region,

Filling your belly,

Dropping down to your root,

To your perineum and buttocks region,

Opening that energy center,

Commanding,

Open,

Open,

Filling this with the waterfall of white light and violet hue,

Like a basin filling you down your legs all the way down to the soles of your feet,

Filling all of you,

This waterfall filling you as you feel the fullness of these healing and harmonious vibrations through the white light and violet hue.

Now open the soles of your feet one at a time,

Open,

Open,

Open,

Open,

Feeling them like valves opening,

Draining out any dross energy,

Any diseased energy,

Any energy that no longer serves you,

Any energy that needs to be released in order to actualize your intention,

Feel it being drained out like a drain down this drain out the soles of your feet,

Let this waterfall sweep you now,

Feeling into every part of your being.

If you have any sensations of discomfort or pain,

Any symptoms you've had in your body,

I invite you to draw your awareness there now with your breath,

It may help to put your hand on wherever it is,

For instance if it is your back,

Touching where it may be on the small of your back,

Perhaps it's shoulder pain,

Bringing your awareness through your breath,

Feeling into the sensation,

The symptom,

The physical manifestation of this energetic imbalance.

And I invite you to draw your awareness,

Bringing your full attention and awareness and ask this part of your body wherever it may be,

Tell me what you are showing me,

Tell me what you are showing me,

I give you my voice,

Communicating directly with your body intelligence,

Communicating directly with your body intelligence,

I allow,

I allow my body to enter into self-healing and tell me what it needs,

Ask again and be patient,

Give it time for it to unfold,

Perhaps you may not hear or sense or receive a direct answer to this question now,

Sit with it,

Pause with it,

Even after this practice,

Stay seated if you still don't receive an answer,

And if you do,

Then communicate with it,

Literally enter into a dialogue with your body intelligence as you breathe and give gratitude,

Give gratitude for this moment even if you aren't receiving an answer,

Even if you still have some of the residual discomfort or pain or symptoms,

It's okay,

Be grateful for what is,

Be grateful if it's healed or resolved itself or you've gotten the answer or the self-healing is unfolding already,

Be grateful for it all,

And draw your energy back and your awareness back to the top of your head,

To your crown,

This time visualize a waterfall of rainbow energy carrying all of the hues of the rainbow,

Draw it down with your breath like before,

Filling your body all the way down to the soles of your feet with this rainbow energy,

With this healing energy,

And as you do,

Visualize it filling you and breathe in these affirmations,

These healing activations,

I am the light,

Feel yourself becoming the light as you breathe,

This rainbow energy filling you,

This waterfall of rainbow energy draining any remaining energies,

Charging you,

Filling you with new energy,

Renewing you,

Regenerating you,

I am renewed,

I am the soul,

The divine light,

I am the power in my world,

I modify into the cosmic matrix now,

I align my will to the divine will,

I attune all parts of me to the one,

Only good comes to me and from me,

I am love,

I am loving,

I am in full health,

I allow and accept self-healing to unfold as I accept all of me,

All the pieces that have been shunned by myself or by others,

I call all parts of me back and accept all parts of me,

Any pieces that have acted out because they were in pain,

I call them back too,

All the parts that may have believed in separation or made choices based on fear,

Call all parts of you back to you now,

I call all the parts of me that were too afraid to shine and desperately wanted to,

Right down to the farthest hidden reaches of my soul,

I welcome all my aspects back home into my loving embrace,

I welcome all my aspects back home into my loving embrace,

I become one,

I become whole,

I step into full embodiment of healing and harmony,

I am one with all parts of me,

All parts of me in harmony and healing,

I allow my intention to unfold,

I invite you to call yourself back to the present and again,

Sit longer if you still need space to process,

Coming back to your body,

Coming back to the present,

Giving thanks now for this divine unfolding,

For the divine magic and healing,

Giving thanks for all parts of you,

Drawing this space to a close,

Allowing all these energies to integrate,

Making sure to hydrate,

Spending time in nature if need be after this,

To further assimilate and integrate these energies,

I am whole,

I am healthy,

I am happy,

I am in harmony,
