Welcome to this guided meditation where you're going to release karmic ties,
Vows of poverty,
And other energetic ties that are ready for you to release so that you can fully step into your truth.
Past life energies can follow us into this lifetime.
Even the vows,
Beliefs,
And our patterns that show up in this lifetime are here to show us where there needs to be healing on a deeper soul level.
With energy work,
We can heal this in all directions of time and space,
Allowing you to step more into your light body.
In this lifetime and in all other lifetimes,
Past,
Present,
And future,
Cleansing you once and for all.
This meditation session is for anyone that is ready to dive deeper into the core of who they are.

Come and arrive at center.
Get seated.
Get into a comfortable posture.
Getting so centered into your being.
Slowly anchor and become aware of your breath.
Make sure you are comfortable in whatever position you have chosen.
In the fullness of your heart,
There is an unconditional love,
A vibration that you are made of.
When you come into the body,
You are already this spark of light,
This unconditional love that is spoken into existence.
Within all of your being,
Within the very core essence of who you are,
This love is what you are made of.
All the energy that you will be releasing today and letting go will be transmuted in the highest good of all concern.
Feel your body relaxing,
Taking a deep breath in and slowly exhaling.
Feel yourself surrendering your mind into your body,
Draining your energy down more into your center,
Anchoring deeper and deeper into your breath,
Allowing your body to surrender and relax with every inhale and exhale.
As you breathe in,
Breathe in a white light.
As you exhale,
Breathe out any cross,
Hold,
Or irritating energies,
Any energies you are ready to let go of,
Exhaling them out.
Breathing into your nose and out of your mouth.
Then inhale into your nose and now out of your mouth,
Exhaling.
Using your lower diaphragm,
Getting deeper still as you inhale through your nose and out through your mouth.
Inhaling through your nose and out through your mouth.
Getting deeper and deeper still as you breathe in this golden light.
Breathing this light in through the nose,
Allowing it to enter the fullness of your being and exhaling out any energies that no longer serve in the form of black smoke.
Keeping yourself anchored,
Bringing yourself back to the breath,
Back into the body.
Slowly feel your shoulders relax.
Slowly feel your energy draining out of your head,
Allowing your shoulders to relax.
Feeling next your arms relaxing,
Letting go of any tension in your face.
Feeling your upper chest and back and torso region relaxing.
Feel your stomach,
Any tension you may be holding,
Relaxing.
Getting yourself to go deeper and deeper still as you continue to relax your body.
Getting deeper into your sacral and buttocks region,
Allowing them to relax.
Going into your calves,
Thighs,
Legs,
Allowing them to relax.
Feeling into the space behind your knees.
Really feeling into the fullness of your legs relaxing,
Drawing your energy,
Draining your energy even more down to your ankles.
Going to the soles of your feet,
Opening,
Relaxing.
Feel into your big toe and every subsequent toe one by one relaxing down to your pinky toe.
Bring your awareness back up into your heart now and see your heart as a golden light,
Expanding and filling your body with this light.
Seeing this light coming even more into your light body,
Allowing this energy,
This vibration pulsing out of your heart to expand throughout your body.
Now as you do this,
Draw your attention to the top of your head,
To the crown of your head.
Feel into it as though there's a valve,
A valve of light.
Command this valve with your focus to open.
Allow this light to come in from the top of your head coming into your whole body,
Filling you,
Spilling out into the room,
Filling you with cosmic golden white light.
Allow yourself to emit this energy like a beacon of love and light out to all the people around you,
To all of the beings around you expanding more and more outward.
Coming into your expansiveness,
Into your infiniteness.
Now feel yourself being surrounded by a circle of light.
See this circle of light encase you in a column of light that wraps you in a golden cocoon,
Wrapping you further still in a state of relaxation,
In a state of deep,
Deep awareness and surrender.
Know that you're in a safe place,
Allowing my voice to guide you through this healing process,
Knowing that this is a powerful step on your healing journey,
Fully surrendering,
Allowing,
Dissolving.
Breathe in and out,
Excelling even more,
Surrendering even more.
Draw your awareness now to your feet.
See roots coming out as you inhale out of the soles of your feet going through the layers of the earth connecting you into the ground.
Feel your feet being pulled into the ground as you draw these roots all the way to the very center of Mother Earth.
Feeling the heartbeat of the earth rooting you,
Connecting with the planet fully,
Allowing yourself to feel into the biofield of the earth,
Setting an intention to feel into core of the earth,
The heart of the earth.
Drawing this energy up now,
Allowing it to come up through these roots through the various layers of the earth as you inhale and draw it up into your body,
Allowing you to clean out any heavy energies that no longer serve.
Allow this energy to come up through your legs,
Up through your feet,
Up through your legs,
Up into your body,
Higher still into your torso and head,
Allowing it to bathe you and draw out any energies that are ready,
Any dense energies that you're ready to release,
Asking Mother Earth to take them.
Allow yourself to feel into this vibration even more,
Grounding even more into the heart of Mother Earth.
Allow yourself to fill fully the biofield of the earth.
Allow your central meridian to open.
Feel your spine opening.
Take a deep breath and allow these energies to flow through you freely,
Allowing as you inhale,
Drawing down this cosmic light through your crown and exhaling it down.
And as you inhale,
Drawing Mother Earth's healing regenerative energy through the roots up,
Allowing these energies to move through you and around you,
Allowing this energy wave to dance around you.
See these energies cleanse your chakras one at a time,
Starting at your crown.
Allow your crown to open,
Feeling into your I AM presence.
Go deeper into your third eye,
Allow your third eye to open.
Deeper into your third eye's essence,
I see.
Dropping down to your throat,
Allowing your throat to open.
I express.
Deeper still,
Allowing yourself to drop into your heart.
I love.
Breathing deeper and deeper still,
Going into your solar plexus region.
Opening your solar plexus,
Breathing into your stomach,
I trust.
Allow your energy to settle even more into your sacral now.
Allow your sacral region to open.
I matter.
Dropping down into your root chakra,
Breathing into it,
I root and open.
Know and feel that your chakra system is opening,
Allowing it to resume balance and harmony as you take deep breaths in and out,
Feeling this gentle energy moving up your body and down your body,
Moving around you and within you.
See this energy moving throughout your whole body vessel.
Allow this energy to now spread out into your auric field.
As you breathe in and out,
Exhaling,
Feeling your auric field fill with this light,
Preparing you to let go and release anything that no longer serves you from this lifetime and any other dimensional reality in all directions of time.
I choose to clear any vibrations that are less than love,
Clearing them now from all of my organs.
Follow along and allow my words to harmonize with every fabric of your being,
Clearing these vibrations out,
Inviting in new energies,
Regenerative energies.
I allow all my energetic bodies to clear now in all directions of time.
Draw in more pure white light as you breathe in through all aspects of your body,
Breathing in through your skin,
Your light body,
Breathing in through your mouth and nose,
Breathing in through the pores,
Allowing this white light to fill you fully,
Taking yet another deep breath in and relaxing further knowing that you're taking charge of your healing process.

You,
You're the power in your world.
Call in now your energetic support team,
Your higher selves,
Ancient ones,
Masters,
Guides,
Healers of humanity,
All aspects of your highest selves,
Spirits of nature,
Forces of nature,
Spirit animals.
Take a deep breath in and call these energetic beings to rally around you,
Allowing them to support you,
Allowing them to hold this sacred space.

See any angels that choose to be here,
Any aspects of yourself all here now,

We specifically ask Archangel Michael and Raphael,
Healers divine to appear even more vividly,
Taking a deep breath in and out as these divine beings of love and light heal and assist you in your healing throughout this clearing process.
Know and feel that you are on a divine journey,
Thanking yourself that you are showing up for this divine journey.
Know that you have the power to clear any karmic vows on a deep soul level,

Clearing your cell memory for multiple lifetimes and all lifelines in all dimensions of time.

Inquire into any such energies,
Any lower vibrations that may be connected,

With every inhale and exhale releasing more and more,
Breathing in new energies,
Exhaling out these energies,
Seeing them float away to be recycled up at source,
Allowing new energies in,
Allowing old energies out,
Really emerging deeper and deeper still.
Moving into forgiveness,

I forgive myself for any and all mistakes that I believe I have made with love once and for all.
I forgive all beings in all ways.
I forgive family members in this lifetime and in all other lifetimes in this reality and in all dimensions,
In all directions of time.
I forgive myself fully as I choose new timelines,
As I set myself free from the agreements of karma and reincarnation,
As I break free,
Reclaiming my sovereignty through this inner forgiveness.
I forgive myself for any aggressions and offenses that I may have conducted towards another.
I release them now,

Allowing the depths of these words to harmonize you and clarify every aspect of your being.
I forgive myself for every time I did not help another person in need.
I forgive myself and choose to step on a new timeline now.
I set myself free of this timeline,
Freeing myself now from all these karmic agreements once and for all,
Setting myself free fully to emerge in the highest light and vibration.
I forgive myself and release all the effects of these karmic behaviors that may have included the abuse of my body.
I set myself free now from any abuses and excesses of my body.
As I honor my body,
Temple,
As I embrace this divine vessel,
I honor my body and I honor every aspect of it and I thank it now.
I forgive myself fully now and hereby break all vows of poverty.
Yes,
All vows of poverty,
Scarcity that may have caused me constriction in my field.
I lift them now,
Opening all aspects of my field and energy.
I open to the attractive abundance all around me,
Modifying into the limitless possibilities in the field.
I let go and release from this lifetime and in all lifetimes these vows of part poverty or scarcity,
Clearing any vibrations that are less than love,
Clearing this now once and for all from all my organs,
My mind,
My heart,
All aspects of my body and energetic bodies.
Letting in pure white light even more with your inhale and exhale,
Deep breaths in of white light exhaling out,
Allowing all of this energy to be swept away,
This old energy,
This dross energy,
This sadness,
Angst,
Any lower vibrational energy,
Allowing you to deepen even more,
Even more still,
Even more still.
I hereby break all vows to the darkness.
I let go of any vows that are necessary for me to move forward in my life.
I let go and release and clear my entire field and vibrational body.
I hereby break all vows of suffering.
I let go of these vows and all of their effects that they may have had in my lifetime or in any other lifetime,
Past or future,
Clearing any vibrations that are less than love from all aspects of my being.
I hereby release any limiting beliefs that I may have acquired.
I hereby release any programs related to death,
Any programs related to self-sacrifice or martyrdom that are no longer necessary.
I now step into new karmic energy,
New karmic balance,
Harmony in all aspects of my being.
I now embrace and ask that all my karma is balanced in all directions of time and space,
Past,
Present and future,
Blessing it all with the highest light of all as you take even deeper breaths still.
Seeing these energies float away with your exhales,
Inhaling new energies in with your inhales.
I ask now that not only all my karma be balanced,
I ask that it be renewed.
I acknowledge that I may have made mistakes moving forward now once and for all.
Noticing the doors behind you closing any baggage you may be carrying,
Letting it go,
Lightning.
I release any lower vibrations from my energy field that are connected to these energies.
As I see all of my lessons clearly now,
I allow myself to step fully and further into self-love,
Self-worthiness.
I am deserving.
I am worthy.
I embrace my inner child.
I also ask for the intervention of the divine source of all there is to further release,
Harmonize and balance out all the karma in all aspects of my being and relational dynamics,
Balancing me,
All parts of me in harmony now.
Take a deep breath in and out,

I am willing.
I allow.
I am open.
I surrender.
Knowing that by releasing all this,
I am making space,
Clearing and cleansing,
Opening myself up to receive and accept health,
Love,
Abundance,
Harmony,

Play,
Allowing all these energies to come bathe me even more with every inhale.
I am willing.
I command and will to release all pain and suffering on a deep cell level.
I allow myself to step into ease.
I surround myself with the divine energies that constantly renew and refuel me.
I call back any fragments of my soul essence that may have been traumatized or split off.
I call upon my soul essence.
I reunite and call back all these fragments and pieces to me now to be rejoined.
I call all parts of me back to me now.
I return any energies that may have been spliced off back to me as I enter back to my divine soul essence,
Being cleansed deeper and deeper still,
Balancing even more,
Centering and even more,
Harmonizing even more.
I'm willing and commit to fully receive and accept all growth and expansion through joy and harmony.
And I release that I can only grow when I suffer or experience hardship.
I step further and further into ease and allowing and surrender.
I am willing to release now the final threads of karma.
I recognize now that this divine magic is going to wrap me and move me further and further still.
I now ask that all the angels surround me with healing light and purple violet flame.
I ask these angels to remove any cords that are less than love,
Any cords that no longer serve me from this realm and in all other dimensions,
All other lifelines.
I ask that Archangel Michael come and release any etheric cords that are not vibrating on the highest frequency of love to remove all these cords that no longer serve me that may be draining my life force energy away.
I see myself emerge even more as a beautiful ball of light.
I see and feel lighter as with every inhale I expand out bigger and brighter warming from my core from the inside and out feeling a sense of renewal,
A sense of rebirth and resurrection emanating from every part of your being filling up your aura,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your heart,
All aspects of you even more with this higher vibrational renewing energy.
I now send divine light and healing and blessings of unconditional love and deep compassion to all beings that were a part of this healing.
I now send blessings and harmony out.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be healthy.
May all beings be safe.
May all beings be abundant.
I send unconditional love and gratitude out to all life forms.
My consciousness is now clear.
My body is light.
