
Feel Loved And At Peace

Allow yourself to journey to a beautiful healing park and be filled with love, joy and peace. Develop a knowing that this loving kindness lives in you too and feel deep inner peace throughout your day.
Transcript
Go ahead and take a seat somewhere comfortable sitting upright.
Or possibly lay down and rest.
Now wherever you find yourself,
Take a moment to find something to bring your attention to.
Notice a plant in the room or a speck on the wall.
And just find a spot to look at.
Now allow your gaze to expand.
Allow your peripheral vision to open.
Start to see more around the spot.
Notice how your peripheral can open and widen.
Now with your gaze wide,
Take a moment to take three deep breaths.
Holding that expanded conscious awareness.
Breathe in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
Breathe in all the calm and peace.
And just let the stress and tension leave.
And slowly close your eyes.
Allowing your breath to return to normal.
And just settling in.
Now imagine yourself in a park.
Imagine your favorite park that you love to go to.
Sit down somewhere either on a bench or on the grass.
Maybe on a picnic blanket.
And just take in everything around you.
Notice the trees or the flowers.
Notice the time of year.
Is it fall?
Is it spring?
Are there clouds in the sky or is it a sunny day?
Feeling very present.
Feeling the cool breeze blowing on you.
The smells in the air.
The sounds of the birds chirping around you.
And now as you gaze across the park,
You find yourself in a deep space of peace,
Tranquility,
And rest.
As you look from the left to the right,
You're noticing all of it.
All of the detail.
All of the other people possibly in the park.
Dogs,
Animals.
And as you look to your right,
All of a sudden you notice someone coming towards you.
You recognize them.
They're somebody that you love very very deeply.
Someone who makes you feel safe.
Who makes you feel like your best self.
And they're walking towards you now.
Notice who this person is as they're walking towards you.
And feel the love,
The admiration,
The joy coming up inside you as they get closer and closer.
And now they walk up to you and without saying anything,
They simply sit next to you and you gaze out together,
Looking again at the park.
Feel their presence.
Feel their love.
Feel their compassion.
Feel at home.
And allow this beautiful energy to surround you.
To go where there's tension.
To relax your entire being.
Knowing that this person that you love and admire so much is sitting right beside you.
Now imagine that this person suddenly disappears.
And that you realize that they were actually never there to begin with.
But that you still have this sense of love,
Compassion,
Joy,
Peace,
Still inside your being.
Notice how this energy can flow through you even when they're not there.
Notice how you can generate this beautiful,
Healing,
Relaxing energy just by imagining.
Now take three deep breaths and on each breath have a deeper knowing that this energy lives inside of you too.
That this person in your life is always with you energetically because the energy of them is inside of you too.
And that they'll always be with you,
Caring you,
Supporting you,
Loving you as you travel through your day.
So let's take three deep breaths and on the third breath open your eyes.
Breathe in.
And out.
Breathe in.
And release.
And one last time,
Breathing in all the love,
The compassion,
The joy.
And out.
And slowly open your eyes,
Come back to the room,
Knowing that the love,
Compassion,
And joy that you feel from this other person in your life will always be with you as you move throughout every day.
