Hi,

Welcome to your midday meditation to release any stress or anxiety that's built up until this point so far.

So as we begin,

Go ahead and take a look around the room and just scan from left to right and just start to notice everything around you.

Notice everything in your space and notice that where you find yourself,

You're safe.

You are protected and that you'll be able to go and allow your body to be left behind and safe as you travel.

Now go ahead and we're going to take three slow deep breaths in through the nose and out through the nose and on the third breath,

You're going to shut your eyes.

Breathe all the way out wherever you are.

Breathe in and release.

Breathe in,

Hold at the top and release.

Breathe in one last time,

Holding at the top and release.

Slowly allowing the eyes to close down.

Allow your breathing to return to normal and to feel your consciousness being pointed inward.

Now start to imagine just above your head,

A warm golden ball of light.

It starts to form for small,

But it starts to form and grow and expand over your head until it reaches the size of about a soccer ball.

Watch as this warm sphere of light rotates and moves above your head,

Slowly moving and spinning.

Now allow this light to slowly begin to start dripping.

Imagine it as warm golden light dripping down on the top of your head.

Feel how soothing it feels as it starts to drip down your scalp onto your forehead,

Releasing any stuck tension,

Energy,

Stress.

Feel this dripping warm light slowly move down your head,

Start to reach your neck.

Feel all the tension relax in your jaw and your forehead.

Feel all the tension start to release as it passes down your neck,

Allowing your airway to open just a little bit,

Your neck to be just a little bit more at ease.

Just as this warm honey golden light continues to flow down your shoulders,

Just releasing every bit of tension that it needs.

Allow the warm honey to slowly pour down your back,

Down your spine,

Seeping into every vertebrae,

Releasing,

Settling.

Feel it start to move past down your arms,

Seeping into your elbows,

Seeping into your forearms,

Seeping into your hands and dripping down onto the space around you.

Now feel the warm honey continue to drip down your chest,

Down through your stomach,

Your solar plexus,

Seeping into your organs,

Relaxing your stomach,

Relaxing your intestines,

Slowly coating everything that it touches with peace and stillness.

Imagine it now flowing down your legs,

Engulfing every bit with peace.

Feel it now seep into your knees,

Down your ankles,

Down your shins.

Now feel it engulfing your feet and creating a puddle so it even seeps under your feet,

Every bone,

Every toe,

Every muscle.

Feel your body now engulfed in warm,

Healing,

Peaceful,

Loving honey.

Feel this golden light soothing and comforting every piece of your body.

Take one deep breath in and slowly release for seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Slowly allow your eyes to open.

Come back to the room and feel the newfound peace and healing inside of your being.

And know that it will carry you with ease and grace throughout the rest of your day.
