Be still and know that I am God.

Focus on your breathing,

Relaxing in to this sentence,

Into these words.

Words are powerful.

Be still and know that I am God.

Resonate in these words right now.

Continue to quiet the mind from outside distractions.

Continue to breathe into these words,

Calming the mind,

Opening up your spirit and the creative power within you.

I would like you to begin to imagine yourself in a beautiful place.

Maybe you're walking in a meadow.

Maybe you're in a garden.

Maybe you're on a coastline.

Maybe you're in the mountains.

Where are you as you say these words?

Be still and know that I am God.

Be still and know that I am God.

Look all around you.

Look up.

Look down.

Feel into the scene surrounding you.

What is being created within you as you say these words?

Be still and know I am God.

Be still and know that I am God.

Feel the understanding in this moment,

The realness and reality of this moment.

This is the only reality right now.

Be still and know that I am God.

Be still and know that I am God.

Be still and know that I am God.

Continue to breathe.

Continue to look around you.

Feel into these words.

Feel into this understanding.

Feel into this knowing.

Are you walking?

Are you staying?

Are you spinning around?

Are your arms up?

Are they down?

Are they.

.

.

Is someone coming into your vision now?

Are you alone?

Are there animals?

Are there birds?

Are there trees?

Are there.

.

.

What is there there?

The sky,

The sun,

The moon,

The stars,

The plants,

Pets,

People.

Is it you?

And stillness,

What are you creating right now?

Be still and know that I am God.

Be still and know that I am God.

You continue to have a rushing sense of peace and understanding surrounding you,

In you and around you.

As you say these words again,

Be still and know that I am God.

Be still and know that I am God.

Feel into this knowing right now.

Feel into this understanding of these words.

Be still and know that I am God.

You know what this means to you.

Your creative power is overflowing you.

What do you feel?

What do you know?

Be still and know that I am God.

Be still and know that I am God.

Be still and know that I am God.

Repeat on this the next minute,

Allowing whatever images to form or allowing no thought to form,

Whatever it is.

Just let go and continue resonating in the words.

Be still and know that I am God.

Be still and know that I am God.

Be still and know that I am God.

Peace has overcome you.

You are truly one with everything around you.

You are pure energy.

You are all knowing right now.

And all is well and all is good and all is one.

Be still and know that I am God.

You will take this powerful experience with you and meditate on it throughout the entire day and will remember these words and the power behind these words.

Be still and know that I am God.

When you are ready,

Feeling so much better than before,

You can begin to come back to the now and open your eyes.

Thank you everyone for joining me.

Meditation is an ongoing moment to moment experience.

Slow down throughout the day and take in each moment and let the power of the stillness overcome you.

Be still and know that I am God.
