Welcome to your morning refresh ritual. Starting your day with a self-check-in ritual can profoundly influence your day, fostering clarity, focus, and inner peace. Take a moment to pause, breathe deeply, and turn inward, connecting with your mind, body, spirit, and heart. Begin by acknowledging the state of your mind, embracing it without judgment, and gently setting an intention for tranquility and serenity. Next, tune into your body's needs, attentively noticing what it requires for nourishment and care today. Then breathe deeply, soaring to the edges of the universe, remembering the infinite aspect of your soul, grounding and connecting you to an expanded perception of life. And finally, connect with your heart, allowing the heart to expand and warm and open as you connect with the compassion and love that will hold you and all those you meet today. This meditation is accompanied by a soothing frequency of 432hz, promoting a sense of grounding.

Good morning,

My name is Dane Wright and I wanted to welcome you to your morning self-check-in.

Now it's so easy as we wake up for the day to allow our minds to get busy,

Start to draw out into thinking about what needs to be managed,

Fixed,

Thought about.

And it can be so easy to jump back on this treadmill of thinking and doing.

And there's an expression that says,

So within,

So without.

And essentially what this expression means is what's within us will be projected outside of us.

And so before we get too busy into our days,

It can be so beautiful to pause and turn inward and check in on the four pillars of ourselves,

Our minds,

Our bodies,

Our spirits,

And our hearts.

So take a deep breath in and let it out with a sigh.

And with that,

Allow the eyes to shut down.

Take another deep breath in.

And another morning sigh out,

Letting out any stale air from the night.

And one last deep breath in.

And sighing out again,

Feeling your lungs refreshed and renewed for the day ahead.

And we'll begin with checking with the mind.

Just notice,

Maybe put your hand on your forehead and just notice the temperament of your mind this morning.

Is it calm and quiet?

Is it busy?

Is it calm and quiet?

Notice if there's any anxiety as you start to think of the day ahead.

Start to get present to the mind.

Just noticing the mind.

And allowing it all to be exactly as it is.

Our minds can be such beautiful tools for creating,

For working,

For organizing,

Fixing.

And they can also take control of us.

It's important to remember that the mind is the workhorse,

But we are the drivers.

I'm possibly setting an intention for your mind.

How do you want to feel inside your head today?

Possibly an intention of clarity,

Focus,

Calm.

And take a breath to breathe into whatever your intention is,

Allowing the breath to embody that intention.

Now,

I'm starting to feel into the body now.

Scanning from the head,

Feeling into the neck,

Possibly rolling out the neck.

Maybe looking one way,

Looking the other way.

Rolling out the shoulders,

The arms and the wrists.

Moving in a bit of a circular motion,

Moving the hips,

Opening the hips.

Possibly doing a few seated cat-cows to move the spine.

Waking up the body.

Possibly doing a few calf raises,

Just moving the calves,

Moving the feet.

Moving all the toes,

Ankles.

And as we start to come into our bodies,

We sit again in stillness.

We start to get present to our body.

And as we sit again in stillness,

We start to get present to what our bodies need today to feel good,

To thrive.

What does your body want today?

What would make it feel so good,

So happy?

And notice what comes to mind.

Could be going for a walk in nature,

Possibly doing some calm yoga,

Going to the gym.

If your body was your best friend,

What gift could you give it today?

And taking a deep breath in and exhaling,

Allowing that intention to settle into your being and body instantly.

And we'll move on now to your soul,

Your spirit,

As we get in touch with this infinite aspect of ourselves.

We can start to feel into our level of connectedness with ourselves,

With the universe,

And with each other.

We start to get present to this interconnected fabric of the universe,

Of humanity,

That binds us all,

Binds everything together.

We can start to notice that what sees through your eyes through your eyes is the same thing that's seeing through others' eyes.

And the thing that hears within you,

The sounds,

The conversations,

Is the same thing that hears within all.

And we start to notice that what breathes through us is the breath of life that breathes through everything,

The winds of the earth,

And the exhale.

Aren't all that different.

And we start to get present to this observer within us,

This bit of consciousness that resides within our bodies,

That sees all outside of us,

And also bears witness to our thoughts,

Our emotions,

And our inner world.

And as we get present to this bit of consciousness that we are,

We remember a deeper truth of our experience here.

We remember that to be present is enough.

We remember that all we ever want and every lesson that needs to be taught in this life is right before us when we're present and connected.

To this infinite aspect of ourselves.

And as you breathe in,

Allow yourself to expand into the room.

And as you breathe out,

Allow the room to come within you.

And as you inhale again,

Allow yourself to expand out to the entire world.

And as you exhale,

Allow the entire world to be enveloped within you.

And as you inhale again,

Allow yourself to soar to the edges of the universe.

And exhaling again,

Draw the entire universe back within you.

Collapsing this perception of separation and experiencing what it feels to truly know ourselves as infinite.

Taking a deep breath into this intention.

And release back out again.

And we'll move into the heart.

Some say that the soul and the shell are the most important parts of the body.

Some say that the soul or spirit resides in the heart.

So take a moment and place a hand over the heart now.

Feeling the warmth of your hand on your chest.

Feeling the love within you begin to grow.

Feeling the love within you begin to grow.

And just noticing where your heart's at today.

Our hearts have the ability to open and close like a flower.

Notice where your heart is at today.

Is it open,

Vibrant,

Shining bright,

Ready for anyone to come and see?

For the bees to drop by,

Experience the vibrancy,

The love within you.

Or is your heart feeling a little bit closed today?

And without judgment,

Just noticing where your heart is at today.

And bringing to mind someone that you love very dearly.

And imagining their face in front of you now.

And just noticing where your heart is at today.

And notice as they look at you with love and light.

And notice if seeing this person brings a smile to your face.

And just notice what your heart does in the presence of this person.

Feel if it begins to open.

The petals begin to unfold.

A warmth begins to build in the chest.

Just allow the heart to melt.

When we move through the world with love and compassion,

A soft,

Gentle,

Loving heart.

We feel at peace.

We feel grounded.

And the heart acts as a beautiful magnet for all that we wish to have in our lives.

To come flooding in through this beautiful portal of the heart.

And just setting a few intentions,

Possibly just one word,

For how you want your heart to feel as you move through this day.

Possibly open.

Loving.

Compassionate.

Patient.

Loving.

Exploding.

How do you want your heart to feel today?

And taking a deep breath in,

Into the heart space.

And exhaling out again.

Allowing this intention to embody within you.

And if you had your hand on your heart,

Allow your hands to drop into your lap now.

Allowing the palms to turn upward toward the sky.

And repeating these affirmations to yourself now,

Either out loud in your head,

My mind is calm.

My body is happy.

My spirit is infinite.

And my heart is open.

I am ready for the day ahead.

Namaste.
