Breathe,

Relax,

And smile.

Bring awareness to the body.

Feel the physical sensations.

Tune into the subtler vibrations of the physical body's slight movements right now.

Let awareness permeate the body.

Let a sense of kindness permeate the body.

Just sitting.

Let go of any control of the body.

Let it be.

Surrender.

There's nothing to do,

Nothing to figure out.

Nothing to achieve.

Relax into awareness with the same feeling through which you relax your body into bed at night.

Having arrived here,

Leave it as it is.

See through everything.

Be completely at home,

Luminous,

Unhindered.

Just sitting,

Being,

Breathing.

Natural breathing like the tide washing everything away.

Natural body,

Natural heart-mind.

Let it be.

Let it go.

Let it settle.

Vividly present,

Transparent,

Yet cognizant.

As muddy water clears when we stop stirring it up,

So the innate clarity of mind emerges when we stop agitating it with conceptualization and visualization.

Allow the mind to settle in its own natural way.

Allow the body to settle in its own natural way.

The breath and the energy settle on their own.

Let the heart-mind settle in its own way on its own time.

Trust this and let everything be luminous,

Innate completeness,

Things just as they are.

Rest,

Unencumbered,

Whole and complete,

Free.

If the mind wanders,

If it feels distracted or agitated or vague or bored or dull or spacey,

As it will,

Use the leash of mindfulness to come back to the sensations of body and breathing.

Be aware of being present,

Attentive,

Calm and clear.

Let everything else go by,

The past,

The future,

Even present concerns and doubts.

Just place the mind on the physical sensations of breathing and let everything else go.

There's nothing more to figure out or achieve.

Be aware of awareness itself.

Experience wholeness,

Completeness,

Luminous openness,

Joyous,

Natural meditation.

Your presence,

Just being,

One moment at a time,

One breath at a time.

Use the breath as an anchor and let everything else go.

Don't be concerned with maintaining anything.

Go for quality,

Not quantity.

A simple moment of relaxed clarity.

Nothing to maintain,

Nothing to hold on to.

Grounded in the body,

But not holding on.

Let everything settle.

Just sitting and breathing in the present moment.

Let go.

Don't entangle,

Don't react.

Don't label the thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations or perceptions as yours.

Don't take the meditation to be you.

Simply sitting,

Breathing,

Receiving,

Releasing,

Not holding on.

Opening,

Experiencing.

All inner and outer phenomena are impermanent and unowned.

Let them go.

See through everything without interfering or reacting or attaching.

Just being.

No manipulating or achieving.

No need to become anything.

Aware of awareness.

Radiant totality.

Rest in that.

Whatever arises has little significance or lasting import.

Simply let it go for now.

See through all appearances.

See through the experiencer itself and settle in the groundless ground of being.

Pure presence.

Right now.

Heart and mind open and clear like the sky.

No inside,

No outside,

No self,

No other.

Centered here in the recognition.

Being knowing presence.

Release and start again.

By repeatedly dropping into this mode of being,

We grow the neural network to find it more and more easily,

More and more readily.

Make this a habit.

It gets easier and easier.

Be in the present moment,

Not involved with what arises.

Enjoy what arises without suppressing or controlling the mind.

Just being.

Enjoying the display.

Open-hearted and connected.

Caring,

Joyful.

Free from repetitive negative thought patterns.

Free from attachment and aversion.

Free from the confusion of separation.

Loving,

Accepting,

And open.

Timeless and expansive.

Release and start again.

Notice everything coming and going like clouds in the sky.

The sky is unchanged.

Be knowingly the sky.
