Welcome to this guided meditation to assist you in connecting with a sentient being that has transitioned.
We will begin with a round of vujayi,
Pranayama breathing,
Also known as ocean breath,
To embody presence and practice the still point.
Have a photo or something that belonged to your animal that has transitioned to allow for greater sensory experience.
You may have your eyes open or closed for this meditation.
Let's begin with some easy breathing,
Bringing your awareness to your body as it naturally and ingeniously breathes itself in and out.
Just notice your breath as you breathe naturally.
Do you notice any part of you that is holding tension?
What part of your lungs are working?
Can you feel the entire lungs expand and contract?
Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.
How does your body feel?
Bring your awareness to the bottoms of your feet.
Throughout this meditation,
If at any point you find yourself being overwhelmed with emotion,
Just bring your awareness to the bottoms of your feet to bring you back into this beautiful body of yours.
Remember that energy follows focus.
Begin following your breath through your nose.
Feel the air gently passing the nasal cavity.
Follow the air as it passes into each and every cell in your body.
Feel your cells receiving the extraordinary force of life and igniting your highest potential.
Breathing in and exhaling out.
With each breath in,
You are stimulating and activating your pineal gland.
This is the home of our deepest consciousness.
It is our access point to our intuition.
And it is also our access point through veils,
Illusions,
And perceptions that have defined us.
We are born knowing that there is no separation within the veils of time and space.
We are born with the memories of our past lives before us and all the connections we have made.
We also know the connections that we will share our lives with in this lifetime.
This is one of life's many secrets.
The more we gather these memories and these connections,
The more love that we have.
The more love that we have,
The more that we become.
Our animals are a part of us.
They are part of our expansion.
They are our love without conditions.
Absolute perfect love.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.
Breathing in and softening out.
Breathing in through the nose and softening out.
Each inhale becoming bigger and stronger.
And each exhale becoming softer and more supple.
Breathing in through the nose and out.
Two more of these breaths in and out.
One big one in.
And as we exhale,
We're going to do a halfway hold.
Don't exhale all the way,
Just halfway.
And hold your breath now.
Gently and easily.
This is the still point where all of our communication happens.
It is our highest potential.
It is the space between silence and sound.
It is the space between birth and death.
If you need to take a quick little inhale,
Please do so.
Inhale in and hold again.
Feel into this stillness.
Trust into this stillness.
Be this stillness.
This is the space in which we'll meet our beloved pets.
Take an inhale in.
And exhale.
Breathing in.
And exhale.
Now that we have a resource for that still point.
As we breathe in and out.
We're going to invite the essence of our beloved animal.
Into our environment,
Into our own space here and now.
Feel how their essence moves in and meets you in this very moment.
Is the essence coming in strong or is it coming in gently and lightly?
Can you feel their essence enveloping the room or the space in which you sit?
Bring a hand to your own heart and in your imagination reach out with your other hand and place your hand on their heart.
If you find in your imagination that they do not want you to touch them.
Imagine that your hand is touching and reaching for them and imagine a cord of light from your palm to their heart.
This cord may be a color.
This cord may have texture.
This cord may even have frequency of sound.
Breathing in and out.
Feel the softness of their coat under your palm.
Engage the sense of smell.
Smell them.
Remember.
Allow each and every one of the emotions and feelings that arise to dance and move.
Breathe in and out.
Now imagine your favorite activity together.
Feel that joy.
Be that joy.
Know that joy.
As you float in this space of lightness.
It's here you may ask a question.
If you ask a question and they do not respond,
This does not mean that you are not having a communication.
Just ask for it to come in more clearly and trust the first thoughts,
First impressions that you have.
Remember there is no right or wrong.
There just is.
You may not want to ask anything.
You may want to just simply be with their essence.
In this perfection.
In this space of timeless love.
In this infinity where we will meet again and again and again.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Holding this essence.
Holding them.
Feeling them.
And knowing them.
Breathing in.
And two more big inhales in.
And as you exhale,
Hold on the halfway point.
And breathe in with stillness.
Allow yourselves to merge with this space.
Where there is no separation between your body,
Your soul,
And their body and their soul.
Move and dance in this space of oneness.
Breathing in.
And out.
You may come to a space of joy and lightness anytime to meet your beloveds.
They are always,
Always here.
Now bringing both hands down to your knees or to your side.
Begin gently moving your body ever so slightly.
Less is more.
You may see the essence of your beloved animals gently fading.
You may feel them gently leaving your space.
And know that you can call them back to this place anytime.
As you move,
Repeat after me.
Thank you,
My precious love.
For your teachings.
For your loyalty.
Your guidance.
And your love.
Thank you for being witness to my life.
I am here always.
I give you permission to visit me in my dreams.
This is where the veils are most thin.
I will reach for you,
For I know where you are.
Call on me and I will come.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you for being here.
I'm honored to be your guide.
In connecting you to your beloved animals.
You may seem like they are no longer with us.
But we know they are here always and forever.
