Good evening and welcome to your bedtime meditation.
Today we're going to be taking a quick recap of your day to just complete and process.
And then we'll journey to a thermal lake where you'll be able to float into a deep state of sleep.
So go ahead and lay down and get cozy.
Make sure that the room temperature is nice and comfortable.
And as you get settled in,
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and release out.
Take another deep breath in and release out all the stress,
Any tension from the day.
And breathe in one more time,
All the way in deep,
Deep,
Deep.
And just relax and let it all go.
Now if you haven't already done so,
Go ahead and allow your eyes to get heavy and just close them down.
Allow your breath to return back to normal.
And start to just feel the aliveness in your hands.
Feel it as a tingling sensation or possibly a vibrating sensation.
Feel the aliveness in your being.
Now remember back to when you woke up this morning.
How did you feel?
What were some of the first things you did in the morning?
Who did you first talk to?
What were the first things that you did?
Remember what you had for breakfast.
And just start to scan slowly through your day,
Remembering the mid-morning.
What were you doing?
Where were you?
And now notice the midday around lunchtime.
Who were you with?
What did you eat?
How were you feeling?
Now continue on through the mid-afternoon,
Noticing and remembering any highlights and anything incomplete.
Continuing to scan into the evening,
Remembering where you were,
How you were feeling.
And if anything incomplete comes up,
Know that it's being processed by allowing it into your calm,
Present awareness.
Now continue on into the night.
And slowly arrive right back in this moment where you're laying in bed,
Listening.
Be at peace,
Knowing that your day is now coming to completion and that there's nothing more for you to do.
Again,
Come back to this present moment and feel into the aliveness in your hands now.
Allow this awareness in your hands to expand throughout your entire body,
Feeling calm,
Present,
And at peace.
Now in your mind's eye,
Go ahead and imagine yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful lake.
While you stand,
Notice all the beautiful wildlife around,
All the plants.
Feel the sun shining down,
Warming your body.
And notice that this lake has a bit of steam coming off of it.
Allow your curiosity to draw you into the lake.
As you approach,
Feel the warmth of the lake now on your toes.
Feel as the warmth of the lake moves up your legs with every step.
As you walk deeper and deeper into the lake,
Feel how soothing,
How calming and nurturing this warm water feels on your skin.
Feel its healing properties seeping into your bones.
Now as you continue walking out,
Notice that you're getting about to your hips and start to feel a supportive,
Buoyant force inviting you to lay down on your back.
Slowly lay back into the warm,
Soothing water now.
Feel supported,
Feel held and feel loved.
Feel the warmth of this nurturing,
Thermal lake seep into your being,
Nurturing and healing and putting your whole being at ease.
Now I'm going to count backwards from 10.
And as I do,
You'll feel yourself seeping deeper and deeper into a deep state of peace and tranquility.

Feel the warm,
Soothing water all around you.
9,
Feel loved and supported.
8,
7,
Release any last gripping.
6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Feel calm and at peace,
Knowing that there's nothing more for you to do but to slowly drift off into a deep state of peace.
Well done,
Well done.
